The holiday home "L'Oasi", located in the heart of the Monte Subasio park, is immersed in vegetation rich in evergreen secular trees, just 4 km from the center of Assisi, far from troublesome noises and with a wonderful panoramic view. Its strategic position allows you to quickly reach the most important artistic and natural centers of the Umbrian region. Are available to customers: two independent apartments and services such as swimming pool, terrace, solarium, barbecue and parking space.
The cottage enjoys clean air, beautiful views and is far from any form of acoustic stress. The environment is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing and regenerating holiday, under the banner of long walks through the quiet of the woods of Umbria.
The two apartments, independent of each other "the ruin" and "the cellar", of ancient construction and finely restored, have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.

Urlaub im Paradies
Angefangen bei einem herzlichen Willkommen mit Wein und selbstgebackenen Kuchen war der Urlaub in der Oase einfach paradiesisch schön. Ruhe und Entspannung in den Hügeln von Costa di Trex kombiniert mit der optimalen Lage für spannende Ausflüge nach Assisi und Perugia. Die ganze Familie war einfach toll! Es war eigentlich zu schön um von hier wieder wegzufahren, aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
