Typical Umbrian farmhouse of the fifteenth century, just 400m from the historic center of Assisi, adjacent to the Rocca Minore, nestled in the Park of Mount Subasio. You can enjoy one of the most evocative views of the green heart of Italy, ranging from Perugia to Spoleto. It is the ideal place to rest, relax body and mind, develop your creative skills, surrounded by ancient olive trees, lulled by the chirping of birds, the rustle of leaves blowing in the wind and the bells of Assisi. Large common garden, with flowers that alternate during the seasons. The historic center of Assisi can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk through the olive grove. Private parking. Sehr schönes, kühles, altes Bauernhaus, bestens renoviert inmitten eines großen Gartens mit Olivenhein direkt am Pilgerweg zwischen Assisi und Rom. Das Wasser hat Trinkwasserqualität, zwei Terrassen mit Blick auf Assisi. Möbelar, Geschirr und Einrichtung würde eine Erneuerung guttun. Die beworbenen Trainigsgeräte sind zu alt um benutzbar zu sein. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Platz, um Assisi und die Umgebung entdecken und genießen zu können.

Be', gli attrezzi da ginnastica hanno 8-10 anni: non sono nuovi, ma utilizzabili sì. Si tratta di una cyclette, un vogatore ed una panca da addominali, oltre a tappetini per esercizi in piedi o a terra. Trovo singolare questa lamentela: non mi sono mai sognata di pubblicizzare una palestra per professionisti perché, se si cerca qualcosa del genere, casa mia non è l'indirizzo appropriato, forse lo è di più un hotel 4 o 5 stelle.
