gezellige vakantiewoning met eigen omheinde tuin met vrij uitzicht op aangrenzende vijver. De woning is verdeeld in 2 verdiepingen. op begane grond nieuwe badkamer met douche en toilet, nieuwe keuken met eethoek en aangrenzende woonkamer. Op eerste verdieping bevinden zich 3 slaapkamers voor in totaal 5 personen. 2 slaapkamers direct toegang tot balkon en airco.
Berging met wasmachine/droger en eigen parkeergelegenheid. Aankomsten tussen 15-17uur. Op zondagen geen aankomsten /vertrek in de maanden juni- juli- augustus. Houtskool bbq aanwezig. Sfeervol ingericht. Gourmet toestel, panini ijzer, tosti apparaat, mixer, bakvorm, waterkoker, strijkijzer.
Veel spelletjes en kleur benodigdheden. Op het park is een basketbal/voetbalveld, Tennisbaan ( tegen betaling) jeu de Boules, bowlingbaan, pooltafel, ballenbak., flipperkast en andere amusement spellen. Gezellig restaurant op het park. Snackbar en supermarkt op park aanwezig. Tevens animatie op park aanwezig. Fietsverhuur op park mogelijk.
Gezellige stadjes in de buurt. Zoals Brouwershaven, Renesse, Zierikzee, burgh haamstede. Huisje ligt +/- 500 meter van het Grevelingenmeer. Hier is ook een strand met leuke strandtent.Strand op 4 km te bereiken. Daar veel watersport mogelijkheden.

Beddengoed zelf meenemen voor 1 persoons dekbedovertrekken, 1 persoons hoeslakens en kussenslopen.

Toeristenbelasting en schoonmaken zit in de prijs!
