The apartment is located in the historic center of Cadiz, where it is located next to the Plaza de la Merced being this the municipal center of flamenco art and is located in the old market square of the Santa Maria neighborhood and specifically in the Plaza de la Merced.

From this location you can enjoy both the shopping area, leisure bars and restaurants, as well as the most historical and characteristic monuments of the city.

Also of its most famous beaches such as the beach of Santa Maria del Mar and its wonderful Caleta which are the two beaches par excellence located near the center of the city and which can be accessed from this apartment less than 5 minutes walk.

In the street there is no parking area but you can stop to leave the suitcases, and there are several parking nearby where you can park without problem, there are also parking areas near the beach of Santa Maria del Mar.
