It is situated in a beautiful town house built in 1789, which was restored in 2008 and impresses visitors with its historic charm in combination with its ultra-modern furnishings. The light-flooded holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large living-dining room with a natural stone arch, which leads to a fully-equipped kitchen. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a television. From the 5 French balconies (one in the master bedroom, 3 in the living room, 1 in the smaller bedroom) you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bay which is only a few meters from the house. You reach the next supermarket after 180 m or a 2-minute walk and a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the direct surroundings. Guests can walk to the city beach, Playa de la Caleta, in 18 minutes (or in 1.4 km).

Parking is available on the street. A larger car park is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

Good apartment in a great location, felt very homely.

We stayed here for 4 days and this was the perfect location for exploring Cadiz old town. The sightseeing bus stopped right outside and we used this to visit the beaches long the coast.

Cadiz for a few nights

This is a clean, comfortable, well appointed apartment. However, you must keep the windows closed at night because the traffic is non stop and very loud. For example trash is picked up at 2 am. If you are visiting in cooler months where you don't need the air flow the location is ideal. Ignore the restaurant suggestions provided by the host.

Great location with ocean view from many windows. Need to have fans in the bedrooms that function properly because the street noise makes it impossible to sleep with the windows open.

Charming and bright.

Beautiful property that is even nicer than the photos. Bright, airy, and lots of room to spread out. Lovely views of the sea and great walking neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again.
