Een erg mooi huis met nog mooier uitzicht.In huis was alles aanwezig. Goede bedden een fijne bank. Ook buiten fijne stoelen om op te zitten. Fijn auto parkeren bij huis. En Antonio een hele aardige behulpzame man.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Lage, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt zum selbst versorgen und wohlfühlen. Die erhöhte Lage sorgt für eine wunderschöne Aussicht mit parkähnlichem Garten und Liebe im Detail. Der Vermieter ist ein außerordentlich netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch.

Liebevoll und sorgfältig gepflegte Anlage in absoluter Privatsphäre und Ruhe (Hundegebell gehört allerdings dazu), es ist alles da, was man braucht, nur wer gerne kocht, sollte vielleicht z. B. sein Kochmesser mitbringen, kaum besuchte Sandstrände in 4 min mit dem Auto erreichbar

Süßes Häuschen mit Traumausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen,das Haus ist oben am Berg und hat eine traumhafte,überdachte Terrasse, einen schönen Garten und einen Superausblick zur Stadt und dem Meer. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und sich wohl zu fühlen.

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Wir waren total begeistert. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Geschirr ist mehr als genug vorhanden. Alles ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Stühle und Liegestühle sind bequem. Die Terasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Stadt und Meer und ist dank Überdachung bei jedem Wetter nutzbar. Es ist auch noch eine Dachterasse vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und Gemütlich Antonio, der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man bekommt sehr gute Tipps wo man am besten Essen geht oder was in der Gegend sehenswert ist. Es liegt sehr ruhig und man ist absolut ungestört. Mit dem Auto benötigt man 5 Minuten in die Stadt. Alles in allem für uns genau das Richtige. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Vor allem der Garten ist ein Traum und die Aussicht auf das Meer ebenso. Antonio hat uns gleich geholfen, wenn etwas nicht funktionierte.

Tutto bene

Das Haus war ein bisschen altmodisch, aber sehr charmant eingerichtet. Es gab alles, was man brauchte. Der Platz, der zur Verfügung stand, war sehr großzügig. Besonders schön war die große überdeckte Terrasse mit eigenem Esstisch und weiteren Stühlen. Eine Besonderheit war der schöne und gepflegte Garten, den unser Vermieter Antonio mit viel Liebe gestaltet hatte. Überhaupt ist Antonio ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Für Nichtmotorisierte ist das Haus vielleicht etwas zu weit von den weiter unten in Alt- bzw. Neu-Amantea befindlichen Geschäften. Ein Auto kann man übrigens sicher auf dem verschließbaren Grundstück abstellen. Wir überlegen, vielleicht nächstes Jahr wieder dort zu mieten.

Traumurlaub unter der Sonne Kalabriens

.. wir verlebten erholsame Tage in einem Garten voller sattem Grün, einem sauberen, gemütlichen Haus mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Antonio, der Vermieter hat uns herzlich empfangen und die ganze Zeit immer unaufdringlich und freundlich zur Verfügung gestanden... Wir möchten uns nochmals bei Ihm bedanken für einen Traumurlaub in seinem kleinen Paradies... Wir kommen wieder!!

A perfect getaway

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon, and it was such a special part of our trip! Antonio was incredibly generous and kind, not only did he pick us up from the train station upon arrival, but he also drove us to the airport to get a rental car when our original plan fell through. His wife even baked a beautiful dessert for us! The property is absolutely gorgeous and staying there felt like a dream. I have never encountered such amazing hospitality at any other rental. I cannot recommend this place enough and I very much hope we can return someday.

Der Urlaub in dem Haus war wunderbar. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man in der Preisklasse erwarten kann. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick auf das Meer. Großer liebevoll angelegter Garten mit Schatten. Antonio war ein sehr netter und sympathischer Vermieter und verwöhnt seine Gäste.

ein tolles Haus mit Garten

Das Haus liegt ausgesprochen schön und ruhig, oberhalb von Amantea, mit einem tollen Blick zum Meer. Zum Haus gehört ein wirklich schöner Garten. Eine große Aussenterasse und mein persönliches Highlight - die terasse auf dem Dach gehören ebenfalls dazu. Was bereits schon oft erwähnt wurde - der Vermieter Antonio gibt sich sehr große Mühe - hiflt gern weiter mit Tips zu Tagestouren, Geschichte und Restaurants. Das Haus selber ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles ist da. Es ist wirklich zu empfehlen! Elke, Andrea, Salka

Wunderschönes Haus und ein liebevoller paradiesisch angelegter Garten. Ein Vermieter, der sich leidenschaftlich gerne um seine Gäste kümmert. Traum Wanderregion, allerdings nur für Entdecker, da kaum markiert. Vielen Dank Antonio, wir haben es sehr genossen, deine Gäste zu sein und kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder. A really nice property in a quiet location - the photos do not it justice

Have been in a lot of holiday homes over the years and this has to be one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Well furnished, comfortable and well equipped. Outside there is a fabulous eating area as well as brick built BBQs and Pizza Oven. The garden is exquisite and the many features and mix of old and new really appealing. Give Amantea a try, really good Pizza restaurants and very well priced. Antonio and his wife couldn't have been more helpful and even brought us a delicious fruit pie and Limoncello. First class and would highly recommend it to others, as a base to explore this relatively unspoiled piece of coastline.Lastly the view- truly breathtaking - you can never grow tired of it- come here for this alone!!

Een keurig huis met heerlijke tuin

Antonio heeft het goed voor elkaar: een prachtig huis met ruime tuin en een groots uitzicht op zee. Alles is goed onderhouden, schoon en compleet. Dikke matrassen op de bedden, luiken (donker!) en horren voor de ramen, een keuken waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt, de toeristische informatie omhanden (stel je er niet te veel van voor, de omgeving is vrij landelijk). De temperatuur is begin mei heerlijk in Zuid-Italië, en alles is mooi groen. De nadelen: de blaffende honden van de buren verderop, en de zee is niet echt geschikt voor kleine kinderen (snel diep). Antonio zelf is een aardige gepensioneerde man, hij haalde ons op van het station en komt geregeld langs om zijn tuin te onderhouden en zijn ezel (Filomena) eten te geven. Zijn vrouw Maria had zelfs een taart voor ons gebakken :-)
