Sea & Bike your home in the center of Sanremo near the sea and the bicycle

Hi I am Enrico and I propose, in the center of SANREMO, on the ground floor of a manor house recently restructured, this quiet and elegant accommodation from which you can reach Ariston Theater, Palafiori, railway station, Casino and above 150 meters some beaches and our wonderful bicycle track.
After the cozy entrance you will find a large open space with fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven plus coffee maker and microwave, dining table for 4/6 persons, TV and sofa bed 2 people.
In the spacious bedroom, you can choose between a double or two singles plus a armchair-bed or a camping cot, and in the antique you will find a hairdryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and cleaning products.
Outside there is the bright veranda living, ideal for your breakfast and the terrace where you can leave your bikes on the comfortable bicycle racks. Since I'm passionate about the two wheels, I'm available to suggest routes to our beautiful hinterland or the nearby Cote d'Azur and if possible to ride with you and get you discounts on renting traditional and electric bicycles.
Sanremo is a town with lots of sports that thanks to the many facilities and our unique climate are practicable all year round. Among others:

Perfect Location

The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. We spent one month here and wished we stayed longer. Everything you need is nearby including the sea. You don’t want to leave it’s that nice. The owners could not be nicer. They are perfect hosts. All will love this place. I highly recommend.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT & EXPERIENCE!

The apartment is just as described/pictured and so much more. The cleanest apartment we have ever rented and also the best equipped. The location is fabulous which is very important when you stay for almost six weeks. The owner, Enrico, became a friend. He helped us in every way from the welcoming torta to sharing goodies from his garden. Communication was perfect and he was always there when we needed him. The location was perfect, close to the center which you quickly reach walking down a beautiful tree-lined street. There was a supermarket very close which is open 24/7 and other shops and supermarkets a short walk away. Enrico also shared with us the places to see and the restaurants that he and his wife enjoyed. The food was incredible and the prices were more than affordable. The apartment is just a block from the water and there's a LONG walk along the shoreline. SanRemo is the nicest town we have visited in Italy in 30 years of renting in this beautiful country. The people are warm, welcoming and very friendly. Enrico, though, is a standout. He is the best owner we have ever rented from. He came to our aid at any time and helped us through two medical emergencies. If you get the opportunity to rent from Enrico, do it! You will enjoy the apartment, the city, the sight-seeing, the food and wine...the whole experience.

Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole, la casa in ottime condizioni, pulita, in posizione centralissima e comodissima per un soggiorno in Sanremo senza pensieri. L'appartamento si trova sopra un Carrefour 24 h e c'è la disponibilità di lasciare la macchina in un parcheggio privato. Tutto perfetto per passare de rilassati giorno di vacanza! Wir reisten zu zweit als Paar mit kleinem Hund. Wohnung wie beschrieben. Liegt im Erdgeschoss, sehr komfortabel, perfekte Lage nahe des Hafens und der Innenstadt. Beides ohne Probleme fussläufig erreichbar. Supermarkt (der alles bietet und durchgehend geöffnet ist) ca. 50 Meter entfernt. In Gehdistanz findet man alles was benötigt wird (Metzgereien, Bäckereien, Früchte- und Gemüsehandel). Gastgeber sehr gastfreundlich. Kommunikation findet vor Reiseantritt bereits statt, dabei wird auch über Parkmöglichkeit, die zur Wohnung gehört, informiert. Der Gastgeber hat viele hilfreiche und nützliche Tipps und spricht nebst Italienisch sehr gut Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen!

Im September dieses Jahres konnten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei strahlendem Sonnenschein in San Remo verbringen.Enrico ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns nach unserer Ankunft freundlich in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns in alles was mit der FeWo zusammen hängt eingewiesen und uns nützliche Tips für unseren Urlaub gegeben.Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über das Zitronensorbet, das Enricos Frau für uns vorbereitet hat.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem was man braucht ausgerüstet.Wir haben viele Stunden an dem nur 350 m entfernten Free Beach und in der sehr schönen Innenstadt verbracht und das leckere italienische Essen genossen.Ein Highlight war eine Wanderung zu der KünstlersiedlungBussana Veccia.Wir können uns nur ganz herzlich bei Enrico und seiner Familie bedanken und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen.Margrit und Dieter.

Sehr geräumige, saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Bequeme Betten und verschiedene Kissen machen das Schlafen für jeden angenehm.Die Küche ist mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine und sämtlichen sonstigen Kücheninventar ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und tut alles, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir wurden mit selbstgemachtem Zitronensorbet und Olivenöl empfangen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen .

Zentral gelegene und saubere Wohnung

Enrico ist ein extrem netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat beim Parkplatz auf uns gewartet, da der etwas schwierig zu finden ist und hat uns dann alles gezeigt. Seine Frau hat sogar einen Kuchen für uns gebacken. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch unserem kleinen Hund hat es gefallen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Enrico und kommen gerne ein anderes Mal wieder…..

Rien à redire: emplacement dans la ville parfait: au calme et très près du centre, l’hôte incroyable : nous as préparé un gâteau au chocolat à notre arrivée et un petit souvenir à notre départ, l’appartement parfait : tout le nécessaire est présent en cuisine, salle de bain, les produits d’entretien, ustensiles…. Une belle terrasse pour combler le tout. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Wunderbarer Urlaub, beste Gastgeber

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Sanremo. Der Gastgeber unserer Wohnung, Enrico, hat uns schon in der Einfahrt zum Parkplatz empfangen. Er ist unglaublich nett und die Wohnung hervorragend! Es ist alles vorhanden, sogar Kaffee, eine Flasche Wein und Kuchen zur Begrüßung 😄. Von der Wohnung ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie liegt absolut zentral und ist doch sehr ruhig. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles nur bestens zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung

Diese Wohnung ist sehr schön, keine 200m vom Strand entfernt. Sie liegt ziemlich im Zentrum und doch sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter ist überaus nett. Zwischendurch hat er mal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Molto più di una location!

Quando scelgo la località per una vacanza, evidenzio le caratteristiche che determineranno la preferenza tra le diverse offerte esaminate. Riguardo a Sanremo, prima di tutto, desideravo una cittadina affacciata sul mare. Ambivo ad una abitazione vicina al litorale ma in una posizione comoda e centrale per compiere a piedi e con estrema facilità gli acquisti quotidiani. Sia nei negozi specializzati sia nelle rivendite più generiche. Ben inteso, senza dover affrontare poi percorsi stancanti per raggiungere la spiaggia. Naturalmente, se avessi esaudito questa predilezione di prossimità avrei avuto sottomano anche la possibilità di frequentare il centro città per tutto il resto. Nel caso, dal cinema Ariston alle boutiques piuttosto che i tanti ristoranti e gli eventi organizzati durante la stagione estiva. Comunque facendo sempre pochi passi. Insomma, dimenticare del tutto l’autovettura, a parte quando avessi voluto partecipare a qualche sagra fuori dal comprensorio cittadino o avessi avuto piacere di visitare qualcuno degli innumerevoli luoghi della provincia di Imperia o della vicina nazione transalpina. La proposta di Enrico Signoriello ha appagato le mie aspirazioni. È una location ubicata nel centro città, curata nei dettagli e accessoriata esattamente come illustrato nella proposta descrittiva su Vrbo. Oltre a ciò, ha anche il parcheggio privato all’aperto e la possibilità di disporre le biciclette nello spazio esterno dell’appartamento, al chiuso e al riparo dalle intemperie. Tuttavia, dopo aver conosciuto Enrico, posso affermare con assoluta convinzione che, sebbene l’alloggio in quanto tale abbia corrisposto alle attese, la differenza nell’offerta l’ha fatta la gentilezza, la genuina disponibilità e la naturale empatia dell’Host verso gli affittuari. In altre parole, Enrico Signoriello è un Host Premium di livello superiore. Un uomo di marcata sensibilità che esercita il compito con passione e attenzione volta alla migliore soddisfazione del cliente. Come si usava leggere nelle ormai dimenticate didascalie delle garanzie d’antan.

Mooi verzorgd appartement en heel vriendelijke gastheer

Het appartement ligt heel gunstig ten opzichte van de stad en het strand. Het is appartement is schoon, goed verzorgd en volledig uitgerust. Enrico is een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer met leuke tips en vlotte communicatie. Wij troffen een smakelijke verrassing aan in de koelkast. Kortom, ons verblijf voldeed aan alle verwachtingen en meer.

Sehr saubere, gemütliche Wohnung in einer perfekten Lage!

Enrico ist der beste Gastgeber, den wir bis jetzt kennengelernt haben! Wir hatten vor der Anreise schon Kontakt miteinander über WhatsApp. Er wartete auf uns und empfing uns sehr freundlich mit einem leckeren Kuchen, Früchten, Wasser und sogar einem Leckerli für unseren Hund. Er erklärte uns alles. Enrico erkundigte sich auch zwischendurch ob alles in Ordnung bei uns ist. Die Wohnung ist groß. Als vier Erwachsene hatten wir genug Platz. Die Wohnung hat eine offene Küche und Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Schlafsofa und einem separaten Schlafzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es noch ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa für eine fünfte Person. Ein schönes Bad mit einer Duschkabine und eine große Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist SEHR sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts! In Wirklichkeit ist sie größer als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist gleich in der Stadt zu Fuß und auch am Strand.Unterhalb der Wohnung befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Den Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück kann man für 10€ pro Tag mieten. Alles ist umzäunt, sodass kein Fremder auf das Grundstück kommen kann. Die Strände in Sanremo sind kostenpflichtig, da sie privat sind. Zwischen den privaten Stränden gibt es kleinere öffentliche Strände, so einer befindet sich in der Nähe der Wohnung. 10* für Enricos Gastfreundlichkeit! Vielen Dank Enrico für die schöne Zeit in deinem gemütlichen Appartement im schönen Sanremo!

Accueil très sympathique et attentionné de la part d'Enrico. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé, la résidence est calme et l'emplacement idéal au centre de San Remo. La place de parking (en supplément) juste à côté de la résidence est très appréciable. Notre séjour s'est donc parfaitement déroulé. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Appartamento in centro, parcheggio privato (a 10€ al giorno) situato priprio di fronte all'ingresso, supermercato al piano inferiore (aperto h24 7/7), letto matrimoniale enorme, doccia Jacuzzi, veranda protetta da pannelli azionabili con telecando e fornita tavolo e sdraio, cucina molto attrezzata. Il proprietario Enrico super disponibile e ci ha coccolato accogliendoci calorosamente e con un'ottima torta artigianale! Soluzione super consigliata per godere di Sanremo!
