The location is perfect, just outside the area with shops and restaurants. It’s really walkable and feels very safe. The house is beautiful, it feels really calm and the decor is lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a really relaxed stay (two adults and two teenagers).

The place was a great base for Menorca, it’s perfectly situated in Ciutadella which had many nearby food options. The house itself it’s beautiful and lovely to relax in after a day exploring. Would happily stay here again.

The location is perfect if you want to walk and enjoy the town and also be close to drive to many beaches. The townhouse was very clean and fresh, and beautifully decorated. The welcome basket was also very nice! The amenities had all we needed. We would love to come back and highly recommend!

We felt directly at home.

It was a beautiful location, very clean, stylish and in the center of the city. They had a website with all the tips and hotspots of Menorca. We felt very welcome ( presents and a full fridge) The house was perfect decorated with an eye for details. We felt directly at home.

Location is amazing, in 5 minutes we were in the heart of Ciutadella. House is designed elegantly and everything we need was available. Plus patio was great for a morning coffee and evening hangout :) Everything was ver good, just few of us needed more comfortable beds

Beautifully restored and well equipped house with sweet sunny courtyard.

Very clean. Great kitchen and living area, and ingeniously designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Can occasionally hear basketball games from the back of the house, but it’s no big deal. Brilliantly located a few mins from the centre of the old town with lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants.

If you want to explore Cuitadella and the surrounding region this is the perfect place. Felt like away from the bustle of the normal tourist area… so close to all the bars, shopping and restaurants and the beautiful harbour. Great villa which was perfect for 2 adults and two teenagers. Plenty of space and very comfortable.

The house was perfect for us 4 senior women staying there. We came to do some bike riding and as it was a first time for all of us, we were delighted with such a distinctive location that even we couldn’t get lost! We cooked all our meals in the house. There was a wonderful collection of dishes, cutlery, pits and pans and bowls for meal preparation. The washing machine was great and our clothes dried rapidly in the warm Menorcan sunshine. We greatly appreciated the tasty and generous snacks left for us. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Absolutely fabulous! We loved everything about the property and cannot wait to return next year! It is exactly if not better than it looks in the pictures.... I would recommend to anyone look to stay in Ciutadella :O)

Great place to stay in a great location.

Hi great place and great communication. Easy walking to all the points of interest. Really clean. Thoughtful touch with a welcome basket. We loved it. Would recommend. Weather was a bit cold and though the heater system was great, downstairs it made the dining area nice and warm but didn’t reach the lounge area so we were all a bit cold. Could also do with an extra layer on the bedsthicker duvet in the colder months.

Ideal location, very clean, very nice, ideal for a family of 4-5 people. Very easy to find the house and keys, so no worries if there was no one to welcome us physically. Overall we loved the place and highly recommend it. We had some issue with neighbors being noisy but the agency managed that issue quickly. The agency does not answer if you have minor issues on a Sunday.

The town house was absolutely lovely

The town house was absolutely lovely - it was exactly as described. It was super clean and ideal for a week's vacation. There is a nice big free (I think) car park nearby called Parking Es Pla - it was just a big open space by the harbour. The car can get a bit dusty, but just take it for a wash before handing back. There are other free bays nearby but they do disappear quick. The location is perfect for exploring Ciutadella. Everything is within a few minutes walk. The place itself is very spacious and well maintained. They made a lovely gesture by leaving us some stuff in the fridge upon our arrival. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Menorca.

Loved this home in old Ciutadella!

An extremely positive and enjoyable vacation for us and we are delighted with both the accomodation and theMauter Villas experience. Loved this home in a great location, well equipped and outfitted with exceptional lighting and renovation to an old building. Thoroughly modernized and very comfortable. Mauter Villa team was extremely responsive and helpful. As seasoned travellers, we have never received such a generous and tasty welcome basket which we thoroughly enjoyed and which introduced us to the delights of Menorca. My only complaint about this particular rental is that it lacks a view but we knew that going in and very few old city homes have one.
