Villa Salobre Par 4 Nº12

Beautiful villa with two bedrooms and large garden with covered terrace and heated private pool overlooking the golf course. The house is located 300 meters above sea level in a complex next to the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



The single-storey bungalow is modern and stylish. The house has a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower. On the same floor is also the open living room with dining area and kitchen.



With ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and juicer, the kitchen is well equipped.

Furthermore, there is a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, cot and high chair (on request), safe, air conditioning (for heating and cooling), Internet, satellite TV and DVD player.



The outdoor area



In the spacious outdoor area there is a covered terrace with dining table, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue and a beautiful garden with private pool (8 m x 4 m). The pool can be heated for an additional charge, please contact us.

A pool lock (fence) for the youngest is available on request.

The house is located in a beautiful complex on the golf course Salobre Golf. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills in the sun. Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green grounds, the jogging track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.

Golf resort for non-golfer

We chose to stay in Villa Salobre because of the property, its facilities and its outlook. There were building works in the distance but these did not disturb us. We are not golfers but this resort would be ideal for golfers from our perspective. Good location and excellent facilities. We ate in the Casa Solabre a few times and it was very good. The on-site Spa was also well stocked although there are two new supermarkets a short drive away. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Nice villa on golf course

The Villa is well situated on a golf complex not far from the hotel. Very well equipped although we ate out most nights so didn’t really use the kitchen. Beds are a little on the hard side and could do with some better pillows but the lounge and outside furniture were great. One more thing is it would be very helpful to have a full length mirror in second bedroom and also some drawer space.
