Located in the peaceful town of Bellaire Beach, this condominium is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Whether you enjoy the view from the balcony, or walk downstairs to the pool or the beach, you will love this idyllic beachfront setting. Restaurants, supermarkets and all types of tourist activities are just minutes away in Clearwater or Indian Rocks Beaches.

The unit was renovated in the summer of 2017. The kitchen and both bathrooms were completely updated with new cabinets, granite counters and new appliances, and the entire unit was repainted.

The unit is a third floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with about 1250 square feet. Both the master bedroom and living room connect to the condo's balcony and overlook the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave and hand mixer. Both bedrooms feature king size beds and walk-in closets. The master bedroom also includes a stand-alone shower, vanity with two sinks, and a view of the Gulf. The 2nd bedroom includes an ensuite full bath with a combination tub/shower. Linens for the beds and towels (bath and beach) are included.

A washer/dryer, balcony furniture, power, cable, internet with wifi, phone and water are included.

Complex amenities include a heated pool and club house, assigned covered parking, grill, sun deck, exercise room, and beachfront boardwalk.

Ongoing Construction

We were looking forward to a peaceful, month long stay at this unit. As advertised, the condo was in a beautiful location and well-appointed. HOWEVER, the entire condo complex was under construction. We could not use the patio due to the excessive noise from the jackhammering. Frankly, had we known about the construction, we would not have rented the property. There was NO disclosure in the Vrbo listing of the ongoing construction and noise. Upon further investigation, we did find another Vrbo condo rental listing in this complex that DID disclose the ongoing construction. We felt deceived in this process considering the construction began in the fall. Any honorable property owner should be required to list ongoing noise and construction.

We loved this very roomy condo with all the comforts of home. John was very easy to work with & helpful. Had a great time staying here the month of January 2022. Awesome sunsets & sunrise across the street, loved the sun coming in through the kitchen window. Hope to come back again.

John Miller is the best and most accommodating host . The arrival and departure instructions were awesome, and he was so nice in reaching out and ensuring everything was great.The balcony is as amazing. It was so peaceful and quiet. The kitchen had everything that I needed. The rental was extremely clean. The furniture was extremely comfy and the Smart TV the as perfect. Such a peaceful and tranquil spot on the beach . I felt like I had the beach to myself most days.

Perfect winter retreat

We have spent over 20 winters in this condominium complex usually for 2-3 months.This was our second year in this particular unit and we are booked for next year. The unit has a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico with no obstructions to spoil the beautiful sunsets which are there to enjoy so very frequently. It is also located so that there is usually protection from the winds. The unit is very well equipped so that there is no need to bring any additional kitchen items or any furniture. The owner is extremely cooperative and is a pleasure to work with. In addition. There is a pool and a deck with plenty of chairs and lounges, a clubhouse with exercise equipment, library and pool table. The best.

Florida at its best!

Great Location, ocean front, direct on the beach. The property has a pool, a club house, a recreational room with pool table and table tennis and a fitness room. Shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. The condo is well equipped with everything you need, it is tastefully furnished and the beds are good. The balcony with stunning views is well furnished and there is everything for the beach in the car park closet. We stayed for a month and never got bored, and the weather was amazing. We will not hesitate to recommend the condo to our friends and family.

beautiful condo, well cared for, ocean front, private beach, accomodating owner, and all the conveniences of home and them some. This complex has a beautiful pool, club house, grills, oversize wooden deck and rec room with exercise equipment and a well stocked library. What more can one ask for. we're coming back next year...same place, same time. Hopefully, the weather will be as gorgeous as this year.
