Located on the beach, this newly furnished charming, open-concept 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a balcony with partial beach views for watching the sunset, and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. Unit is on the second level and accessible by stairs only.

We've stayed at Bellaire Beach Club many times. Love the location. Close to everything but in a quiet private area. Very much enjoy our stays here!

Perfect little beach condo

Perfect little beach cabin in excellent location, quiet, fairly secluded, and with all basics needed. Best of all, being able to walk out to a beautiful beach and the gorgeous gulf with amazing sunsets. Fairly secluded, not crowded at all, and only 10 minute drive to more excitement in Clearwater. Very clean, a bit small and basic, but our idea of luxury is being so close to such a beautiful beach! Very clean as a pet-friendly beach condo. Second floor location was very quiet for our stay. Nice pool and patio with beach chairs etc to borrow so no need to lug our own. Well kept grounds. Laundry on 3rd floor with elevator very handy.

Everything was how it was described and pictured! Location was amazing! Beach was so beautiful and not crowded at all even on the holiday weekend. Customer service was 110% they went above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

Indian Rocks beach vacation

Small room right on the beach. Easy to get to the beach has a pool and right on the beach. If you are a single traveler or a couple this would be a good room for you. I would not recommend for any larger group than a couple. I would suggest getting one of their larger rooms. This was perfect for a single traveler. Thanks for having this available right on the beach! Pool is great too!

Good location but…

Condo is outdated and in need of a deep clean. Cleanliness questionable. Poorly maintained; several issues. Missing/broken blinds from previous reviews still an issue. Stovetop is a joke. Black ant invasion. If another unit in the complex would have been available for the duration of our stay we would have moved into it.

MAJOR CONSTRUCTION

I drove 18 hours from Maryland to Beleair Beach to arrive at a major reconstruction. The unit should not of been available to rent. The noise started at 8am … I have videos …. Loud cutting steel and drilling right out side my room. I have pictures and videos. I have used VRBO for years and it always has been great … this was more than very disappointing.

Updated condo

Nice updated condo, but has some things that need attention. Blinds broken on both the bedroom window and patio door, causing lack of privacy. No hot water in kitchen sink (someone had it turned off under sink) so it was obviously a known issue. Shower curtain liner shorter than curtain, had to leave curtain in shower to prevent water all over bathroom floor. Cooktop burners are all bent and rusty, make it difficult to cook on. Communication was excellent with manager, overall we had a nice week.

East Access to Beach

The property isn’t as nice as it was before the Hurricanes of 2024. The beautiful court yard is gone and filled in with white rocks. None of the plants and trees have been replaced. This is what we loved about this property. Otherwise, the condo was great for two people. Clean except the slatted doors on the air conditioning unit needs to be vacuumed clean. It was filthy and caused my allergies to be in overdrive sending me home with a wicked head and chest cold. The location is great. Were been coming here for the last 10 years and would love to see the property restored to when the Belleair Beach club had an office on premises before Emerald Bay took it over. It seems they just dont care about the beauty of the property. Our host Kevin was great. Thank you fir accomadating us an additional night.

Love Bellaire Beach

Bellaire Beach Club is located in great area. The grounds are kept up and the guests are always friendly. I wouldn’t call it glamorous but it is good value for the money

Great Location with pool & beach

We enjoyed our stay here on Bellaire Beach. Great location with a nice pool. The only drawback was the condo was not that clean. I called for a cleaning while we were there. That seemed to help a bit. I just think for the price we paid, the condo should have been a bit cleaner.

Beach Condo

This condo is amazing! It was perfect for me and my dog! You do have to drive to restaurants, but you are not in the middle of all the congestion. It is clean and the check in could not be easier. I could see dolphins swimming from the balcony! The beach is beautiful and was not crowded here!

Nice close location to a private beach. Nice but small pool. Condo needs new ceiling fans, they are to wobbly and noisy. Bring your own fan if you need one! We had a great stay!

. We very much enjoyed our stay in Bellaire. We had everything we needed and we loved the staff. Talked to them everyday, George and Russell. They gave us ideas on things to do. The condo was perfect for us. me and my husband and kitty. We liked the king size comfy bed, and everyday enjoyed the view of the pool and the gulf. It was so convenient for walking on the beach everyday. There were no ants or bugs anywhere. The blinds were all in place for privacy. The location was convenient to many places we explored.

Great location and responsiveness, but owner could have done better for this price

As the picture shows, the best thing about this rental is the location. It's not too small for 2 adults, although you'll struggle to find space to store two suitcases. We accepted that tradeoff but you can thank us that the rental now has more than one large coffee mug, one large fork, one large soup spoon, an unchipped toilet seat, a bath mat and 4 working elements on the stove. The good news is that the iTrip folks were super responsive to these issues. Still, for the price, one wonders why these things weren't a given, as well as more than two partial rolls of toilet paper. Maybe two beach towels? Those little touches seem appropriate at this price.

Basic to Bad

Nice location and good potential but I would be embarrassed to rent it to someone! We were greeted by a huge dead roach that had been steeped on but not cleaned up. The overall cleaning was minimal and the rug in the bedroom was filthy. The front door has no weather striping and a quarter inch gap all the way around it. Makes it convenient for roach and ant parties. There was one normal sized coffee cup that must have come from a garage sale 25 years ago along with the miniature coffee pot that needed smaller filters than I’ve ever seen. Three or four mismatched pieces of silverware. The furniture should have been put out with the garbage—so uncomfortable. The screen door is falling apart. It did have an environmental saving as the toilet paper didn’t waste many trees—so small and thin, lucky we had our own. Would never recommend this place and plan to ask for a refund.
