This cottage is located in the village of Bentham near Ingleton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Green Smithy Cottage is a lovely retreat situated in the village of Bentham in North Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a double with en-suite, and a twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a wood burner. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a garden with patio and furniture. Located in a delightful setting and close to nearby attractions, Green Smithy Cottage is a wonderful retreat in a charming part of England.
Amenities: Oil-fired central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car, kerbside parking next to the cottage and lay-by parking within 75 yards of the cottage. Secure bike and equipment storage. Garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There is no handrail on the staircase although there are places to place a hand when ascending and descending the stairs, therefore this property is not recommended for people with limited mobility and care must be taken with children.
