A mid terrace cottage set in the heart of Scarborough in North Yorkshire that can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
St. Mary's Cottage is a mid terrace cottage in the seaside town of Scarborough in North Yorkshire. It has two bedrooms including a double and a twin as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a utility cupboard. To the outside there is roadside parking in front of the property, to the rear of the cottage sits a shared courtyard with table and chairs. St. Mary's Cottage is a lovely cottage in a brilliant location.
Amenities: Electric heating, wood burning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, TV, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel co. Roadside parking in front of property. Shared rear courtyard with furniture. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking and no e-cigarettes permitted. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: 3 steps up from sitting room to kitchen. On street parking in front of the property and on nearby surrounding streets - free permits available. Rear shared courtyard with furniture. Shop and pub 2 minute walk.
