Atico -Terraza Imperial

Apartment of 100 m2 with capacity for 7 people, located on a fifth floor with elevator in a building with a lot of history. , distributed in living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 suites with 2 bathrooms. The apartment has a large terrace with views of the Cathedral. All the rooms have magnificent views of the municipalities of the city

The main room has a double bed of 150 and 2 beds of 90, the second room with a bed of 150 and a bed of 90. Full kitchen, living room with dining table, 2 bathrooms.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning with heat pump, washer / dryer, refrigerator / freezer, microwave, complete kitchenware, Italian and drip coffee maker, extractor hood, towels, shampoo, soap and bedding

TV and free wifi (fiber)

Pets are allowed on prior request and subject to payment ,rate of €18 for the first day of stay and €8/day for each additional day
PARKING SPACE outside the establishment 200 meters away (MIRADERO PARKING) concerted €16 / day

Great views of Toledo

This 5th floor flat is in the heart of old-town Toledo, has a great view of the cathedral from the terrace and is very roomy. There were just 2 of us but 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5 would do great here. Open one of the many windows and you ‘re part of a great city.

A lovey apartment, central and walkable to all of old Toledo.

This is a fine, well-maintained, and spacious apartment on the top floor with windows and a large terrace looking out on the cathedral and much of the ancient part of Toledo. We were completely satisfied with this rental. The price is very reasonable for the quality and benefits of this apartment.

Pleasant flat with a view in the centre of Toledo

The location is absolutely central in the old city of Toledo (with the downside that access and parking are restricted, but that is known from the start). The flat is clean and spacious - except for the kitchen which is very small compared to the rest. The small terrace and other rooms have great views and large dogs like ours are allowed. And the lift is a plus. On the downside (apart from what has been mentioned): the contact and contract are Spanish-only, which is not so good if you are a foreigner...

Highly recommend

This is a perfect place to stay to see Todedo. It is large, comfortable, convenient, and clean. The terrace was a relaxing place to spend time having a coffee, and it was absolutely quiet sitting out there in the early morning. Lorena was very helpful and always easily available, and for us it was great she spoke English. Javier was a gracious host who quickly came in to solve a problem with the wifi the first day. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Toledo!

Great location!

Staying at Javier's apartment in Toledo was a great experience. The apartment is so centrally located; we were within a 10 minute walk from every major site in Toledo. There are so many small stores and restaurants located close by, and we were able to watch the Easter processions right from the balcony window. Javier was kind enough to meet us a little early for check in so that we could drop off our bags, which was also a great help. I would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment!

A fifth floor penthouse (with elevator) in the centre of town. Two large BRs, both ensuite. Spacious LR/DR area with great TV and super WiFi. Compact, fully-equipped kitchen is separate but very functional for a lone cook. Quiet, spacious and super-clean the unit was a delight. Owner, Javier, was helpful, kind, responsive and prompt. Would definitely come again. Highly recommended.

Excellent point de départ pour visiter la vieille ville

Appartement très lumineux, très bien conçu, avec deux suites chambre + sdb bien séparées, et une terrasse très appréciable. L'intérieur est soigné et l'accueil impeccable. Nous recommandons sans réserve ! L'arrivée depuis le parking gratuit Safron, en bas des escalators, est simple. Nous ne conseillons pas de s'aventurer en voiture dans les rues étroites et pleines de piétons de la vieille ville.
