Perfect place

Love this place! Clean, Great & friendly Owner well take care, Good Communication, Secure, Best location for Pisa sightseeing and Reasonable. A bunch of Restaurants in 3 minutes walking range. Forget five star hotel, strongly recommended.

Very Italian little apartment, just right for the two of us. A private, cool refuge from the heat outside and from the busy tourist area just around the corner. Many bars and cafes near by. Lovely Francesca checked us in and was on hand to answer any queries. Loved saying hello to the tortoises in Francesca's garden each morning.

Amazing location couldn’t really get any closer to the tower if we tried. Communication excellent before and while we were there. Really friendly and helpful gave ideas for trips to the coast and helped us arrange a taxi for our return to the airport. For a stay in Pisa this was perfect 😊

Pisa Centre

The flat was ideally located very close to the historic centre of Pisa and the downtown. It was also not far from the train station Pisa Centrale, so you could take a train anywhere very easily. The owner’s mother, Francesca, was very kind and helpful, both in booking in and leaving. The flat had a bright, lovely garden in the back, and all the amenities you would need. Altogether, a great booking experience!

Atmospheric stay in convenient property

Delighted by the medieval surroundings and proximity to main sights (Piazza dei Miracoli) Very friendly host, Francesca, who helped with arrangements and was available for any problems as lives next door. There's a lovely garden to look out on with a private courtyard for eating meals outside. Please supply more nice mugs though! Kitchen equipment rather dated!

Excellent location only 2-3 min walk to the leaning tower. We can enjoy the historic site in the morning and evening after most tourists are gone. There are also a number of restaurants within walkable distances. The interior is not new, but well maintained. We need to pass through one bedroom to get to the main bedroom. The landlord is a nice, honest old Italian couple living nearby, with help of their child. They reminded me of my grand parents. I'd be happy to stay again.

Charm and Convenience

This apartment in the historic center, although not large, is a beautifully renovated 12th century dwelling. On the ground floor, it is within steps to a supermarket, many shops, a lovely square, numerous restaurants, and Borgo Stretto. Appropriate for not more than three people (a couple and an additional person). The outside table and small courtyard are lovely and extend the space. (dh, US)

Wonderful Location

Brilliant location, and wonderful family run property, Francesca and her Son Alessio are so kind, helpful and attentive. Towels, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, shower gel, provided. Francesca greeted us on arrival to show us around the apartment she also left us water, milk, tea, coffee and some food for a light snack / breakfast. This is 14th century built property in a beautiful city and for us the perfect place to rest, comfortable king size bed in main bedroom, single bed in the small lounge, nice to have our own little court yard that overlooks Francesca pretty Italian garden. The tower is at the end of the road just a short walk from everything you need. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends, it is good value for money to be in this location. Thank you both for your help and friendliness :)

Ontvangst was vriendelijk en persoonlijk evenals het afscheid. Voldoende ruimte en ook gelegenheid buiten de gewassen kleding op te hangen en aan een tafeltje te zitten. Het was er schoon, rustig en stil. Bovendien heel centraal gelegen.en op loopafstand van het treinstation Pisa Rossore en, iets verder, Centrale.

Im Herzen von Pisa

Eine charmante Wohnung mitten in Pisa, aber doch ruhig. Die Gastgeberin Francesca, ihr Mann und ihr Sohn Alessio sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarkt, Sehenswürdigkeiten…. Alles in nächster Nähe. Einfach top! Mit dem Zug haben wir Florenz, Bologna und Cinque Terre besucht. Die Zugverbindungen sind sehr gut. Trotz unseres Aufenthalts im August war es für uns in der Wohnung nicht zu heiß. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Bekväm äldre lägenhet nära tornet samt många restauranger. Mycket bra välkomnande med förklaringar av modern till uthyraren. Toppen service! När man kommit på tekniken att öppna ytterdörren så fungerade allt bra. Att nå Pisa station tar ca 1/2 timme. Funkar bra men tufft i över 30 graders värme. Många och lätta utflykter till platser runt Pisa.

lovely place in the middle of pisa

We really enjoyed this appartment and the small courtyard. Allessio and his mom are wonderful hosts! And the Torre and the Duomo are reached in 3 minutes walking. We were on this lovely place for breakfast and in the late evening. Wonderful!

Un'appartamento speciale

Ho soggiornato tre settimane nell’appartamento in Via Don Gaetano Boschi 12. L’appartamento si trova 200 metri dalla Torre Pendente sulla Piazza dei Miracoli. La domenica mattina le campane della Torre Pendente suonano. Per fare escursioni a Lucca, Pontedera, Livorno, Vicopisano si puo’ prendere gli autobus 7 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento. La stazione si puo’ raggiungere in autobus oppure a piedi(circa 25 minuti). L’arredamento e’ pratico, pero’ anche molto accogliente. Tutto funziona, ma se ce sia problema, Francesca da’ un aiuto immediato. E’ molto gentile e disponibile. Pur essendo nel cuore della citta’ l’appartamento e’ tranquillo. E’ anche un vantaggio e’ la lavatrice. Poi c’e’ la terrazza dietro la casa con la vista aperta ad un ampio giardino(non accessibile). L’appartamento e’ situato in pieno centro della storia di Pisa. Consiglio questo appartamento a tutti.
