It is 100mtr from the commercial area of Mesa y López, 1km from El Muelle Shopping Center and 2km from Las Arenas Shopping Center, one of the most complete on the island, just 10 minutes on foot from Santa Catalina Park, good communication with public transport services.
It has all the necessary services a few meters away, the supermarket at 10 mtr from the portal, pharmacy and other services in the surroundings.
