Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. This unit is well equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed borrowing the tennis racquets and beach umbrella. Only negative is that I thought it was closer to the beach, the block this unit is on backs up to a sea wall.

Loved this property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location and was very well appointed and decorated. I loved being able to watch the whales and turtles from the deck. Would highly recommend the property.

Amazing Views!

This was a beautiful, fully equipped and super clean studio condo in Maui. Great central location convenient to everywhere on the island. The room has the most amazing views with sea turtles swimming daily right below the lenai! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Beautiful condo & great location

The condo was a beautiful place to relax after a few days of adventures in Hana. Has a cozy "home away from home" vibe. Great location if you want to be far from the large resorts in west Maui. Incredibly clean and well stocked with linens and beach supplies. We'll definitely be back!

We Already Miss the Hula Hideaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! The view alone is worth it. We saw the most amazing sunsets, whales breaching, turtles swimming by, and many sailboarders. The location was perfect as well, close to many tasty and reasonable restaurants, excursions, and beaches. We slept so well - the bed is so comfortable and being able to hear the ocean was incredible!! This was a perfect getaway for our anniversary!!

Beautiful condo.

We had the best time at Hula Hideaway. Condo was more amazing than the pictures. Location was incredible. We watched whales and turtles off the lanai each morning. We will be back. Thank you Jill for the incredible vacation.

Great updated studio in a good location!

My husband and I only got to stay at this great studio/condo for 2 nights and would definitely recommend for other couples! It's so clean and functional. Everything is updated and well kept! Having the ability to do laundry was awesome and the lanai / balcony had AAHHHMAZING views!

Just as pictured

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. Jill was always available if needed and the location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to beach, restaurants and other amenities. Turtles can be seen every morning and evening from the balcony. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful!

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect trip to Maui. Apon arrival I instantly felt welcome and at home, it was so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes. We saw a turtle within a minute of going outside. Exactly as pictured and described. We took many walks to close by restaurants and beaches. Our favorite thing was to watch the sunset at evening and just enjoy the view. Thank you Jill for all your hospitality we cannot wait to return!

The property was a great location and the grounds were well kept. The condo was very relaxing.

First of all I would like to say I have never worked with such a great owner. We had a slight problem when we first arrived and Jill took care of it immediately. The condo it's self has the best view you could ask for and very relaxing. Turtle's every morning and whales right off shore were wonderful to watch. You could walk to Maui Brewery and a small complex right down the road for shopping. Great location with beaches in either direction for snorkeling or just hanging out. We will definitely stay here again! The only thing I would ask for would be an updated air conditioner as the one in there is loud.

First time visiting Maui for our anniversary

The magical views from the balcony were amazing! We enjoyed the turtles, rainbows, beautiful colors of the ocean, and the sunsets daily. The beautiful decor made us feel at home and cozy for the 11 nights we were there. Communication was prompt and very friendly if needed with the owner. Small special touches like a filtered water pitcher came in handy especially for filling up our water bottles for the hikes and adventures. The washer and dryer were helpful to reduce the amount of luggage needed. Overall, it is was the perfect place to stay in Maui for our 10th anniversary celebration. When we go back (I hope soon!), we will be staying there again. I highly recommend the Hula Hideaway!

Everything we needed

Hula Hideaway had everything we would ever need on our vacation. We made use of the beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler, and huge beach bag. The kitchen was stocked with spices to cook with. The condo complex was very quiet. The view from the condo is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and watching for whales on the lanai. Then at the end of the day, drinking a cool beverage and watching the sunset. Since we would have a cool breeze at night, we would open the sliding glass doors so we could go to sleep with the sound of the waves. We would definitely stay here again.

We are on the lanai each morning and saw whales! And on our last day a few turtles swam up right below us.The bed is super comfy and the sound of waves made for relaxing, great nights sleep. We only heard the neighbors if they left out their front doors, otherwise we heard no one and it was super peaceful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Maui.

Truly a heavenly hideaway.

My husband and I just returned from the Hula Hideaway. We feel so blessed to have found this darling, peaceful paradise. In the past we have stayed in the big hotels on Ka'anapoli with all the kids and the noise but for this trip we wanted quiet and seclusion. Everything in the place was comfortable (super king bed) and lovely to look at. We hung out in the mornings and evenings on the lanai reading our books and enjoying the turtles feeding off the rocks below. The view off the lanai is 180 degrees of aqua and azur colored water! The place faces west so there were spectacular sunsets every night too. Also a lovely breeze blowing through the place kept the temperature perfect all the time. We will definitely be back and happily recommend this hideaway to others.
