Villa Ninho dos Corvos is located on the Praia del Rey resort in Obidos. The villa is fully equipped and equipped for 8 people. In between, the villa is used by the owners as a holiday home.
Praia del Rey Golf and Beach Resort is a resort with a beautiful golf course. Villa Ninho dos Corvos is a 5-minute walk from the clubhouse. A 5 * Marriott Hotel with all services such as spa, hairdresser, indoor and outdoor pool, fitness, bicycle rental and various restaurants is within 10 minutes walking distance. These services are available to our tenants (for a fee). The beach is around 10 minutes' walk away. The villa has a view of the green of hole 17 and the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a mini market, kids club, adventure club and various tennis courts at the resort.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, kettle, freezer, fridge, hob with extractor hood, microwave and a double hot air oven. There is a washing machine and dryer in the separate utility room in the basement.

The combined living room and dining room is 7 by 7 meters. This has doors to the terraces and the private saltwater swimming pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. All bedrooms offer access to one of the terraces. All patio doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters.

A 42 "flat screen HD TV and DVD player are available as well as free WIFI internet. In the basement there is a table tennis table and a Weber BBQ that can be used on any of the terraces. Two bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom, on the first floor open onto a large roof terrace with panoramic views of the golf course and Atlantic ocean.

The villa has a heated (28 C; additional charge) private swimming pool of 9 x 5 meters. The pool is a salt-water pool, making it child-friendly due to the low chlorine concentrations. The pool is also equipped with a child-friendly fence for young children.

The name Villa Ninho dos Corvos means Villa Crow's Nest. From the large terrace on the first floor a separate staircase goes up to the view point, the crow's nest. Here you can enjoy the sunset and the beautiful 360 degree view.

Very nice villa in a lovely location

The villa was very well presented and clean. Everything we needed for the holiday was available and the table tennis was very useful for the rainy days. The resort of Praia d’el Rey is quiet and clean and we have stayed here several times and are never disappointed. Would return to both the house and the area.

Fantastic home, excellent facilities & the attention to fixtures & decor was outstanding. Beautiful pool area & numerous terraces to watch stunning sunsets. Excellent communication with owners & a very kindly bottle of wine & cheese platter in the fridge for our arrival. Overlooking Praia d’El Rey GC & the Atlantic Ocean - stunning!

Great location! Lots of space

This was a perfect place for our party of 8. We had 4 adults and 4 college age kids. The layout of the house was perfect for a big group. Plenty of gathering spaces, plus plenty of places to spend some alone time. It is very close to many site seeing opportunities. An easy drive to Lisbon, Fátima, Obidos, Nazaré, Peniche, and Sintra. The beach is amazing. Pack a lunch (with the provided cooler and ice packs) and take a stroll down to the beach for a nice relaxing day. Or, play an amazing round of golf on a beautiful course. We opted out of the golf cart, wanting to walk the course, but maybe next time I may rent one. The pool was a great place to relax after long days and I think the “kids” played table tennis every night. All in all, it was great. Highly recommended!

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Noels und Kyras Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung der Villa war wie beschrieben, es gab keine negativen Überraschungen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer gab es genügend bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten für bis zu acht Personen (das ist nicht in allen Häusern, die für so viele Personen ausgerichtet sind, gegeben). Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief problemlos. Der Pool war wunderbar (sauber und warm).Es gab nicht in allen Bereichen des Hauses (in 2 der 4 Schlafzimmer) WLAN Empfang, das war für uns aber kein großes Problem. Die Matratzen in den Einzelbetten haben wir als etwas unbequem empfunden. Wir wissen, dass dieses Empfinden subjektiv ist.Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Wenn man nicht Golf spielt, fährt man viel mit dem Auto herum (Sightseeing, Einkaufen, Restaurants…)

Wonderful Time in Praia D'el Rey

Our family, 6 adults and 1 child stayed here for 1 week. We absolutely loved all the space, convenience, and atmosphere. The house was very well equipped, everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen and patio next to the fenced pool was perfect. All the decks throughout the house were amazing. We could follow the sun or shade to everyone's liking. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Noel for a wonderful stay and many happy memories made for our family.
