Spacious townhome! with a view to the lake, 4 Bedroom 3 Baths. Granite countertops, open floorplan. One bedroom and one bathroom downstairs, three bedrooms in second floor. Enjoy a resort style community, the amenities include: Pool, basketball, volleyball, tennis, the clubhouse which has fitness center, sundry shop, movie theater & game room.

The home is two story and fully air-conditioned throughout.

The property is only a 5-minute drive to local shopping facilities and fantastic restaurants. Features private pool with ample deck area including pool furniture.
Kitchen: The kitchen provides every modern appliance you will need during your vacation including Refrigerator, freezer, blender, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, oven, coffee maker, stove top burners, dish washer, toaster, iron & board, cooking utensils.

Our family had a Blast!

The property was gorgeous, clean and the kids, husband and myself absolutely enjoyed our stay. Everything is close by food, shopping even Disney 10 mins away. We’ll be booking at this community again for sure.

Når der er plads til 8 personer, burde der også være siddepladser til 8, og ikke kun til 6. Senge i 2 værelser er under al kritik 1 værelse er kun til store børn, i 1 værelse er sengen ved at falde fra hinanden ad. Rengøring som man skal betale for, er en by i Rusland , der var ikke sket noget inden vi ankom. Der var ingen kontakt fra udlejer, som man ellers kunne forvente, vi har før boet i området, hvor der var kontakt fra udlejer. Så alt i alt, kan vi kun anbefale, området, men ikke denne udlejer.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was perfect for our family. We have 4 kids from ages 7-18. Everyone had their own space and was comfortable. Thank you for supplying all of the necessities leaving us to only purchase a few minor things to get through the week. The location was perfect for visiting Disney and Universal and having a dedicated parking spot was a plus. The pool area was clean and was great for the kids to hop in after a day at the park. If the worst thing I could say is that the master bathroom toilet sticks when you flush and will keep running unless you pull up the handle (happened my first day and I luckily went back upstairs to grab something before leaving for the day and realized it quickly and jiggled the handle, it only happened twice) I call that a win. Great property and would rent again.

Fixer upper before renting out

Greetings... I was really debating whether or not to post this but if I was a new family waiting excitedly for my vacation, I would want to know if the house I rented is in need of fixing prior to booking. My initial communication w/ the owner was good. The day before our trip I was informed one of the bathtubs was not working and that only the downstairs shower & en-suite shower were working. I wasn't happy about it but I figured things happen let's make the best of it w/ 5 adults and a toddler. Upon entering the home, you think wow it's nice until you come to the kitchen and see that there is a gaping hole in the wall. Which I assumed was for the shower stall that was leaking. We never used the shower so I don't know about the leak but I would have at least preferred the whole to be covered with plastic and left open for any animal to crawl in or out of. There were other things around the home that needed to be fixed. The door to the laundry room that I thank God caught in time before it fell on my toddler. The door landed on my back and head. My Father was furious as it could have really hurt someone. I left said door by a small corner in the main bedroom. The headboard was peeling in one of the bedrooms and landed on my brother's head. We needed to cover that up with a blanket. In the living room, one of the curtains had a broken bracket that we found someone had left on the kitchen counter. To add to my disdain, on one of the days there we emailed the owner to get a day pass for my father-in-law who was from Naples to visit his granddaughter and I never heard from him again. Like he disappeared into thin air. So much communication until the day off. He even gave me the wrong address initially. In all, I would not be returning to this place again, unless zombies take over. I will attach some photos that I was able to take.

Better communication

The property was great. The only downside was the lack of communication with the owner of the house. On the first night the bathroom in the master suite was not flushing. Which was an inconvenience to use the bathroom as others in the party. When contacted he kept saying he will send a plumber and no one ever showed up.

Awesome stay!

The property was very well maintained, no issues at check in. The pool was great and clean, rooms were very spacious beds were comfortable, owner and manager answered all our questions and needs promptly. The only thing that happened to me was the internet went down other than that all was beyond what we expected. Wish we could stay longer but now back to our home in Texas. We will for sure book again with them. Thank you Yogi and David for everything.
