Very inpressed with the updated chapel, everything you need for a great stay, New cornish pub just down the road served good food and not very expensive, ideal location to tour south wales, thank you for having us.

Wir waren nur etwa 10 Minuten in der Wohnung, bevor wir uns entschieden haben, hier nicht zu übernachten.Schon bevor wir das Apartment betraten, machte uns die andere Hälfte des Kirchengebäudes stutzig – die, die man auf den Fotos nicht sieht. Dort war eine ziemlich dreckige Baustelle. An der Tür zum Apartment sahen wir zudem Spinnweben.Im Wohnraum angekommen war es heiß und stickig (es war ein warmer Tag Ende Juli), dazu ein unangenehmer Geruch. Die Wohnung wirkte insgesamt deutlich dunkler und düsterer als auf den Werbefotos der Anzeige.Der Grund für unsere Entscheidung: Im Erdgeschoss lassen sich weder in der Küche noch im Wohnraum die Fenster öffnen, um frische Luft hereinzulassen. Für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche im Sommer war das für uns nicht praktikabel.Die Fotos in der Anzeige sind schön, die Einrichtung entspricht dem Dargestellten, und die Wohnung ist vermutlich auch sauber und gut betreut. Aber ohne die Möglichkeit, die zentralen Räume zu lüften, konnten wir dort nicht bleiben.Ich habe die Vermieter per SMS über unsere Entscheidung informiert und darauf hingewiesen, dass ein Hinweis auf die nicht zu öffnenden Fenster im Vorfeld hilfreich gewesen wäre. Eine Antwort darauf habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten.
