Newly renovated house with roof terrace, interior patio, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large dining room. All the rooms have natural light. We have high speed Wifi and international tv channels. Ideal for relaxing in a quiet town and enjoy walks along the coast. The upper terrace is ideal for sunbathing, making breakfasts and meals outdoors, with views of the sea and the mountains. If you are looking for outdoor sports, such as cycling, hiking, windsurfing, you will be in the best location. It is located just 10 minutes drive from Maspalomas, 15 minutes from the airport, and only 30 minutes from the Capital, Las Palmas de GC. Ideal location as a starting point to know the rest of the island, close to everything. Fishing village, bars and typical restaurants of the island on the seafront. Just a few meters away you can enjoy the natural saltwater pools and solarium areas, in addition to the beach. From our terrace you can spend relaxing evenings watching beautiful sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Jaime is very friendly and gave us good advice on activities suitable for families. The flat is modern and well-equipped. The terrace on the roof is beautiful, especially in the evening. There is a nice playground for small children in walking distance near the beach. Parking is not directly next to the house, but in the next street.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigen könnte und darüber hinaus noch mehr. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man entspannen, ein gutes Buch lesen und sich daran erfreuen, dass man diese Unterkunft gewählt hat.
Auf Fragen antwortete der Vermieter sehr schnell. Wer der spanischen Sprache nicht mächtig ist: Jaime, der Vermieter, spricht fliessend englisch.
Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche.
Der Ort ist touristisch kaum erschlossen, was uns super gefallen hat.
Es hat nur ein Fußball(Bolzplatz um die Ecke)für die Kids gefehlt, sonst war es perfekt.
Perfekte Wohnung mit guter Ausgangslage zum Erkunden der Insel
Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich ausgestattet, die Bilder entsprechen genau dem aktuellen Stand der Wohnung. Es ist sehr sauber und es ist an alles gedacht, auch an Kleinigkeiten, wie Gewürze, Küchenrolle etc.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und war immer gut erreichbar. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert, wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und haben Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswertes in der Umgebung erhalten.
Im Ort gibt es Naturschwimmbecken und einen kleinen Strand, die sich super eignen, um Abends noch mal eine kleine Runde zu schwimmen.
Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden, da man in nur ca. 30 Minuten in der Hauptstadt oder im Westen der Insel ist.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in einem nicht touristischen Fischerdorf. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, inklusive Strand. Gute Ausgangslage für Erkundungen der ganzen Insel. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick ist ein Highlight der Wohnung. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen!!!!!!!!
L'appartement est très grand et lumineux avec tout le confort, idéalement situé pour visiter toute l'île. Il est dans un petit village au bord de mer, calme et avec tous les commerces. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this superb property, one of the best equipped we have ever visited. There was nothing that we could possibly have needed as everything had been provided.
We also had great communication with Juan and Jamie before coming out and whilst here. We were met by them on arrival and able to ask any questions during our stay.
A car is essential although the bus to Las Palmas is handy and very good value.
An excellent place to use as a base .
Clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment with a lovely sun terrace
For us this apartment was perfect. We also loved the location. It is in a very local, friendly, neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist towns. There is a small beach lovely for swimming, two sea swimming pools and a couple of decent local restaurants. All the tourist attractions are easily reached by car and the no. 8 bus goes to Las Palmas once an hour. Juan is a perfect host and we would definately come here again.
We were greeted by Jaime and Juan who showed us around their beautiful apartment. In reality it was even more than the photographs and description online. The kitchen was very well epuipped and had an induction cooktop and washing machine. The lounge was most comfortable as were the 2 double bedrooms. Both bathrooms had large rain showers. The best parts of the apartment were the small sitting area off the lounge where we enjoyed our tea each morning but the best was the wonderful roof terrace where we spent most of our time on the comfy loungers. To the left you saw the sea and to the right the mountains. Just lovely. Jaime kept in touch regularly to check if we needed anything.
Castella del Remoral is not the most attractive village but if you want to get away from the heaving, concrete resorts to the south then this is perfect. There are several good local restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby. If you don’t to drive then at nearby Juan Grande you get local buses to north and south,
We had a wonderful,relaxing holiday and I would certainly recommend staying here. Juan and Jaime were so pleasant and couldn’t have been for helpful. Excellent.

Eigenaren erg vriendelijk en gastvrij, appartement waar auto noodzakelijk is.
Ligt erg centraal vanuit locatie makkelijk eiland te verkennen.

Uit de drukte van het massatoerisme
In een volkswijk gelegen appartement in een niet toeristisch vissersplaatsje. Op de 1e verdieping, lekker ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg complete keuken. Alleen d vaatwasser ontbrak, maar ach uitgebreid koken doe je daar niet. Met een wenteltrap kom je op het dakterras. Heerlijk om daar te zitten en over de daken van de andere huizen kijk je op de zee. Prima bedden ook! Centrale ligging, supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top. Es gibt in der außerordentlich ausgestatteten Küche leider keinen Geschirrspüler,aber eine Waschmaschine. Sehr gute Matratzen, super Dachterrasse,den ganzen Tag Sonne, haben wir viel genutzt.Wenige Schritte zum Strand und den Naturschwimmbecken und 3 typischen Restaurants.
Da die Wohnung in der Ortsmitte liegt ist es etwas laut, vor allem abends und am Wochenende. Trotzdem können wir diese Unterkunft empfehlen.
