House of 120 m² arranged around an interior courtyard. It includes three large living rooms, a bathroom and separate toilets and two sheds, one of which has a barbecue fireplace. It is very well equipped for services without surprises. The linen is provided.
Since June 2019 the house has been classified as a star for 8 people by the Vendée tourist office.

Excellente location proche du port et des commodités.

Location conforme au destrictif de l'annonce. Logement propre spacieux et surtout très fonctionnel ! Litteries très confortables ! On y vient juste avec nos affaires personnelles. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour mémorable de quelques jours entre amis. Un grand merci à Cathy qui nous a reçus et conseillés dans divers domaines et reste à notre disposition si nécessaire ! Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés ! Il ne manque rien pour séjourner et nous ressourcer. Merci aux propriétaires de nous faire partager ce lieu unique.

un peu déçus...

Cette location possède de nombreux atouts (emplacement, cour intérieur, équipements). Néanmoins, la description de l'annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité (1 petite pièce de vie, 2 grandes chambres avec 2 lits doubles, dont 1 en enfilade pour accéder aux sanitaires). Location très fonctionnelle en période estivale, mais isolation perfectible pour les périodes plus fraiches. Literie moyenne. Prix élevé pour la prestation.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Cette maison typique est idéalement située car à 1 minute à pied du port mais dans une rue très calme! La cour intérieure est à l’abris du vent et le parasol est très grand. Nous avons apprécié le BBQ dans la petite dépendance. Et l’autre dépendance pour ranger à vélo. Du coup nous n’étions pas à l’étroit. Aussi il y a beaucoup d’accessoires / ustensiles de cuisine ce qui est rare. C’est vraiment très appréciable. On peut rentrer Indépendamment dans la salle de bain ainsi que dans les WC par la cour ce qui est bien vu. La literie est bonne. Petit bémol, Aspirateur à revoir pour un ménage plus aisé.

mauvais rapport qualité-prix

Location trop chère par rapport à la saison et le standing de la maison. Pas de salon, juste une cuisine et 2 chambres avec chacune 2 lits doubles. On peut y séjourner à 8 en théorie, en pratique une impression très forte de se faire avoir surtout en comparaison de l'autre location abritel qui est située dans la même rue avec un tout autre standing et un prix similaire.

Très agréable et bien placé

A 200m de l'embarcadère, très pratique en terme de proximité des commerces et des moyens de locomotions. Le logement est bien équipé et la décoration est d'époque. Bon rapport qualité / prix .

Charmante, fonctionnelle et très bien située

La maison est charmante, fonctionnelle (toilettes et salle de bain accessibles par la cour intérieure ou par l'intérieur de la maison) La cour intérieure fermée est idéale pour profiter du soleil tout en restant à l'abri des regards. Grande capacité de couchages et maison bien équipée (lave-vaisselle, wifi, fours, barbecue...) Très bien située dans ruelle calme et à proximité des commerces et animations. Idéale pour un week-end entre amis !

La maison de Vacances en Famille

Nous avons passé un super séjour sous le micro climat de l'Ile d'Yeu. La maison est idéalement située à Port Joinville à proximité de tous : l'embarcadère pour l'arrivée ou le départ, des magasins pour aller faire quelques courses, du cinéma ou des cafés ... et même à l'automne nous avons profité de la terrasse. Nous avons apprécié toutes les commodités de la maison pour les vacances (avec les enfants), il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour se sentir comme à la maison. Et nous avons toujours eu quelqu'un pour nous répondre si nous avions besoin. Bref nous retournerons sûrement visiter l'île pour profiter à nouveau de la terrasse en été.

Superbe location de maison. Situation idéale!!

La maison est bien agencée pour le rythme des vacances. Cuisine et patio au centre, la vie s'organisant autour. Avec en primele barbecue de compétition dans la rem!se!!! On peut donc facilement vivre à 8 sans se marcher sur les pieds. La situation de la maison est idéale, à 2 mn à pied du port sans avoir les nuisances sonore de la vie nocturne des bars et restaurants du port. Le séjour était un régal.
