The villa is designed for unhurried living. Outside, a private 8x4 swimming pool sits at the heart of a well-kept garden, surrounded by sunbeds, soft seating, and open sky. There is space to stretch out, to pause, to let the day unfold without direction. A shaded dining area offers a quiet place for long lunches or evenings that linger, while the BBQ invites simple meals shared outdoors.

Inside, the living space feels calm and considered. Light flows through wide openings, meeting comfortable furnishings and a relaxed layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy, everyday living — whether preparing something simple or bringing home flavours from nearby.

The villa accommodates up to six guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom also offers a double bed, while the third is arranged with two single beds. A second bathroom serves the remaining rooms, making the space comfortable for families or groups.

The location allows you to move between stillness and gentle activity. Coral Bay beach, with its soft sand and clear water, is less than a 10-minute walk away. The nearby strip, just five minutes on foot, offers restaurants, cafés, and small shops — close enough when you need them, easy to leave behind when you don’t.
