Really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment, the proximity to the park was fabulous. Our host was lovely and it was great to meet her. Communication was prompt and really helped. We would definitely stay again!
We stayed here while visiting family and throughly enjoyed the flat. The location is ideal, a quiet tree lined street across from Victoria Park and less than 50 years away from Victoria Village with cafes, grocery store, butcher and baker. The flat was spotless and dealing with Natalia was oh so easy.
Definitely would stay here again!
Everything was great. The listing indicates that there is a dryer but there was none. Not a problem but maybe should change it on the listing. Other than that everything was perfect! Thanks Natalia!
The exterior of the property was under construction / dirty and not fully safe. The Wi-Fi was unusable, shower was small, toilet seat needed repair, 2 towels, 2 rolls of TP provided for a 10 day stay, no coffee maker as stated. Location outstanding, overall size of flat was fine, courtyard was great.

This property is located in a residential area which means you have to be okay with walking everywhere. Nearby pubs are about a 10 minute walk and Tesco is about 12 minutes. The closest Tube is about 12 minutes. Get Tube tickets for Zones 1 and 2. You can now go anywhere in London except the airport. Great dining is located at the Holburn tube where you change to go into London. Download a map of the tube. The property was clean and the beds were okay. The sofa bed is more for a child than an adult, but it was okay. The kitchen was super convenient even though it was a walk carrying groceries from the nearest Tesco. But eating here saved a lot of money. The washing machine was a great plus for travelers. Bring your own detergent and shampoo.
great location near victoria park and mile end tube line
This small basement apt. has lots of natural light, a small backyard and is very cozy! The street is one-way/ very quiet, yet
close to pubs, markets and just a few houses up is a nice little bakery :) the bed was the most comfortable of our month long
trip in other vacation rentals / great pillows! new, clean and well stocked little kitchen with small fridge and comfy couch...was really helpful having the washer and drying rack / thank you! the only update that could be done at some point is the shower / at times way too hot / hard to adjust / low pressure ...but would still recommend staying in this great and very clean apt! thank you natalia :)
For the price this was not a bad choice. A little further outside of London city center then planned but bus/tube nearby and not unreasonable. Flat could use a little updating, especially bath/shower but sufficient. Landlord is a wonder to work with..responsive, very helpful.
Steps away from Victoria Park Village and it’s great amenities. On the park for great leafy walks. Good bus service connecting to the Tube and Overground. Excellent restaurants and cafes. Bright and cozy flat. Comfortable bed. Good amenities.
Stayed here for a weekend, great clean apartment, perfect for a couple in a good location. Property manager extremely helpful and willing to help out wherever needed. Only criticism is that the WiFi can be a bit slow and so affects streaming Netflix etc which can be annoying
We were very happy with our stay and wish we were there for a much longer time. We had everything we needed and we loved the village and the park. It was very easy to get to other parts of London. The bus stops were only a couple of minutes walk. Ideal. Thanks Natalia! We would definitely recommend your place to others.
