Great location

The apartment has everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. The pool is an added bonus. The location is very quiet with a number of supermarkets in walkable distance.

Apartment Punta Prima

One of the negatives of not having a meet and greet you have no one to show you how things work. Also no seat cushions on terrace furniture. The apartment was nicely situated over looking the pool it was a quiet complex but was too far away from resturants and commercial centres we didn’t use a car and found it very restricting.

De plek en het appartement was goed. Terrasjes en winkels in de buurt. Heel de dag zon op het balkon.Heerlijk!Maar heeft nodig opknapbeurt nodig! Riool stinkt erg! Oude meubels, barbecue te vies om naar te kijken, miste tv in slaapkamer , minimaal huishoud textiel, strandstoel en ligbedden buiten kapot, in afstand bedieningen lege batterijen, auto garage mocht niet gebruikt worden. Dit alles was wel beloofd in de advertentie! De zon scheen gelukkig en we hebben ons goed vermaakt in de regio.

Schöne Wohneinheit in moderner Wohnanlage

Schöne Wohnung mit Privatsphäre, gute Betten, auch im 2. Schlafzimmer. Toller windgeschützter Balkon auf der Westseite, herrlich auch im Winter zum Sonnen. Schöne Dachterasse, allerdings nur Liegestühle, keine Polster oder Sitzlonge. Leider riechen die Badezimmer sehr unangenehm aus dem Abfluss. Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Bel appartement...mais sans barbecue !

Très belle résidence, plutôt calme. Appartement bien agencé, mais ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants à cause de l'escalier en colimaçon pour accéder à la grande terrasse, et à cause de l'accès à la piscine qui nécessite le fait de repasser par la rue. Par contre, équipements non conformes à l'annonce : pas de cuisine extérieure et un barbecue présent mais totalement rouillé et pas de flexible pour la bonbonne de gaz. Communication compliquée avec le propriétaire qui ne répond pas, ou partiellement, aux messages.

Prima appartement. Op loopafstand van supermarkt, terrasjes en strand. Balkon en dakterras heerlijk.

Zeker voor wat langere periode prima appartement. Keuken volledig ingericht. Wasmachine aanwezig. Qua bouw wel gehorige dan wij zijn gewend, maar omdat veel appartementen (nog) niet bewoond werden viel dat verder mee. Zeker een aanrader.

Apartamento e instalaciones muy recomendable

Hemos estado muy bien, El único pero, la distancia a la playa, puedes ir andando, pero te lleva unos 35 minutos y como hay una nacional, tienes que cruzar por una pasarela y se hace pesado si vas cargado y con niños. Así pues mejor ir en coche. Alrededor no tienes ni tiendas ni bares dónde tomar un cafe, pero si andas unos 15 o 20 minutos tienes de todo. Esto sería lo negativo. Todo lo demás genial y la piscina un placer.

Great holiday

Lovely well equipped apartment in a good area . Roof top sunbathing area a bonus. Only negative thing is that you have to go into the street to get to the pool but that wouldn’t put me off going again
