We absolutely loved our stay here. It was such a beautiful house, comfy beds, very clean and amazing hot tub. The garden was lovely and private and would recommend anyone to stay here. Also very close to York city centre so great location

Great house

Very comfortable, nice Airbnb. Was really clean and well stocked. Good communication, and the garden and hot tub were great. It’s definitely out of town but not too difficult to get central by bus.

Lovely House

The house was lovely, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. For a group of 5 guests there was plenty of space for us to stay comfortably for the weekend. The garden was big and would be ideal for a family staying. Hot tub made our weekend.

Lovely break

Lovely house with everything you will need for a break. Quiet area, with a short walk to the bus route into the city centre. Only thing we would say is they need to upgrade the pillows, but apart from that it's perfect.

Nice quiet area, pleasant roomy house with good off street parking. Fantastic place! Matched the photos perfectly, extremely clean, comfy beds and large enough for 7 people easily! Super cozy for the winter, the heating was rapid and toasty!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in peaceful area. Close to transport links in York centre, although note for future guests, uber was often cheaper than combined cost of bus for us all. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of kitchenware. Nicely decorated with well appointed bedrooms with good mattresses and nice linens. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

For the price it's incredibly hard to beat considering it easily slept 8 people. Good utilities and the only hiccup was immediately sorted and dealt with. Great communication and the hot tub was an added bonus!

Would highly recommend this property to stay. York Boutique were a welcoming company and easy to reach , they kept me informed before the trip. Impressed with the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. its a short drive into York center, from the accommodation, but plenty of shops available for your essential needs in Acomb. Would book with York Boutique again int he future

Hot tub house, amazing time

We had the best time here, we came for the weekend as a group and loved every minute. It was really clean throughout and the beds were very comfy. All your towels were provided alongside little touches like a hairdryer which we packed and did not need to. They really have thought everything through here! The hot tub was just what we needed and the garden area was really spacious, which worked out well for us as we picked a warm weekend. We had an issue getting into the house and called the host for assistance, it was our error using a key safe for the first time but they were so quick and helpful and made us realise how easy the check in process was! Very happy with the service and with the stay and would happily come back here again.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at this house. The house was clean and well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy and it was not far to drive to the car parks for York city centre. The host was easy to communicate with. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful House

Very responsive hosts, very helpful when needed. The house was beautiful and spacious everything we needed for my small Hen party. The hot tub was perfectly positioned with a canopy above it was lovely and clean and warm for us when we arrived (only one suggestion for this slightly more chlorine to keep it smelling clean). Overall our stay there was excellent and we would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Great house

This is a good sized 3 bed house. 3 double bedrooms and plenty of space for us (fam of 4) to stay in. Downstairs toilet was helpful and the hot tub was an added bonus. This was permanently switched on so no need to faff with anything. Shower was good. had a decent bath too. Communication with owners was quick and easy. keysafe outside was ideal to use. Garden was big enough. neighbours either side but not at the bottom so didn't feel overlooked. location was great. 5-10 min walk to local row of shops/cafe/takeaway. Bus stop (catch the no1 into town) making it ideal location. Uber charge around £7 daytime fee into York center.

Lovely stay!

The house was very clean and very spacious. Well situated out of the city centre but still easily accessible via public transport, there was a driveway so was ideal for travelling with a car. Hot tub was great and made our stay, would return!
