"The Walk" is a modern Eco-friendly development surrounded by an urban orchard. Ideally located to walk to local attractions, pubs, restaurants and shops. There is a secure allocated personal parking space and serviced lift together with a vehicle electricity charger. The surrounding area and apartment are wheelchair friendly.

A 2 minute walk from the station, 10 minute walk to the city centre and a 10 minute drive to York University . On the 2nd floor with south facing roof top views. Modern and luxurious. Secure private bike shed.

The flat is on the second floor with south facing roof top views. With a comfortable living space, the beautiful Juliet balcony and large windows create a generous natural light in the apartment. Fitted kitchen with a large fridge freezer and a full complement of utensils, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware, including welcome refreshments. Two light and airy bedrooms - one generous sized double and the other twin bedded; both with storage and hair dryers. Substantial sized bathroom with walk in shower. (There is a small step into the shower). Smart TV and Wifi.

Nice property with a great location

Really enjoyed our stay, the flat was well presented and very complete instructions provided for check in and during our stay. Only a short walk to the middle of York.

Ideal for a short break in a lovely city.

Convenient, comfortable, clean and compact with all the necessary appliances available and free secure parking for 1 vehicle and standard bikes. Very close to Micklegate Bar and within easy walking distance of the historic city centre. Plenty of information on local places to see.

Christmas Market Visit to York

Came to visit York with a friend for the Christmas market. This property was in a great location with nice secure parking, and just a 20 min walk from the centre of York. The owners were very helpful and great to communicate with throughout the whole process. The property was lovely and clean, well equipped with everything you could need. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
