About this property

Relax in front of the sea. Come and enjoy the winter

Exclusive and unrepeatable apartment on the beachfront. With garden and pool. Stunning sea views. Security. With everything you need, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, health center. It has a private access door that goes directly from the pool to the beach. Two bus stops, one to Málaga and Fuenguirola and another one runs through Benalmádena. It also has a private garage, upon reservation, with a supplement of 10 euros per day. Parking is paid the day of arrival.
The apartment has 90 m and a large terrace of 35m2, with incredible views of the sea, where you can relax.
It is fully equipped. Kitchen, bathrooms, automatic shutters, With all the necessary accessories for the beach, two chairs, two sun loungers, fridge, umbrella and beach towels, there is also a cart to make the purchase. It has an exterior storage room, next to the house, where everything you need to go to the beach and where you can store your bags so that they do not get in the house.
It is located in one of the most exclusive places on the coast. The beautiful bedroom with 1, 50 m XL bed, has a full en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, In addition the apartment has another toilet.
It is a very quiet place, the only noise you can hear is the sound of the sea.
If you are a golf lover the apartment is located, just in front of the "Torrequebrada Golf" golf course. You just have to cross the street.
The urbanization has private gardens and pool, and a `direct access door from the pool to the beach. The location is perfect to discover the "Costa del Sol". The bus that runs along the coast, has its stop (Flatotel) 50 meters from the apartment, takes about 40 minutes to Malaga and Marbella, and 20 minutes to Fuengirola or Torremolinos.
Also right at the door of the house is the M-103 Bus "Estupa- Nueva Torrequebrada". Visit all the beaches of Benalmádena, you can visit the Arroyo de la Miel. Puerto Marina, the beautiful town of Benalmádena, the Buddhist Stupa etc.
There is a taxi rank 200 meters away, next to the Torrequebrada Casino.

Perfect holiday

Lovely apartment with a gorgeous sea view and in a perfect location. Peaceful, but not too far away from shops, cafes, restaurants and tourist information. Good public transport too. Alfredo couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.

My wife and have had the good fortune to be able to rent apartments and houses on six continents . This apartment was truly one of our favorites in this price range .The actual apartment is better than the pictures. The outside veranda is private, the bed is comfy with lots of pillows, location is excellent, and Alfredo the host was wonderful . We personally will return and highly recommend this property.

What can we say except, MARVELOUS, MARVELOUS, MARVELOUS! The apartment met all our expectations. Alfredo, the owner, was there to greet us upon our arrival and provide insight as to places to see and side trips to take. He checked in with us throughout our stay. And the view from the terrace was breathtaking. We loved every aspect of our stay! Our highest recommendation. We shall return!
