Trés bien pour l'appartement. Moins bien pour le reste.

L'appartement est très bien. Nous ne donnons pas la 5ème étoile à cause de : - l'entrée de l'immeuble. Repoussante. - la difficulté de se stationner. les propriétaires pourraient louer un parking prés de l'appartement en y mettant un verrou, comme cela existe sur l'un des parkings.

L'appartement, neuf, avec tout le confort que l'on peut espérer, est situé au centre de l'agglomération, à deux pas du marché. L'accès au logement est, quant à lui, franchement désagréable? Un couloir très dégradé, des marches d'escalier irrégulières et pour 2 d'entre-elles affaissées, c'est franchement déroutant. Il s'agit en fait d'une copropriété avec ses contraintes. Globalement satisfait.

Nous avons passé un excellent WE (en couple) dans cet appartement qui dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup goût et est parfaitement équipé. En outre, la literie est très confortable. L'appartement est également très bien situé, en plein centre ville, à 15min à pied des termes (un plaisir après une bonne journée de ski) et 10min des télécabines pour Superbagnères. les propriétaires nous avaient laissé toutes les indications nécessaires pour la prise de possession du logement et répondent rapidement aux questions que l'on peut se poser. En résumé, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement. N. et L.

Très beau séjour, appartement très agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement très cosy pour les vacances de noël avec nos 2 enfants. L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un impasse au calme, mais très proche des commerces et du centre (5 min à pied), et à 10 min à pied des télécabines!. Bien qu'il soit un peu petit, il est très bien équipé et aménagé (Nespresso, lave vaisselle, four, lave-sèche linge, wifi...), la literie est très bonne, un vrai bonheur après des journées de ski épuisantes!!. Propreté impeccable. La décoration a été réalisée avec goût, on se sent vraiment chez soi. Les propriétaires, bien que nous ne les ayons pas du tout vu, sont très attentifs et réactifs à nos remarques, arrivée et départ très pratique, facile et rapide. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!
