What makes this property unique
Ground Floor:
Open-plan living area
Sitting area
A charming room with exposed beams and a wood burning stove (full basket of logs supplied from October to March), flatscreen Smart television/DVD with selection of DVD's, CD player, games and selection of local books.
Dining area
Circular table and seating for four. Stable door to courtyard garden and rear gate leading to a little lane with direct access to the bustling high street.
Kitchen area
Black slate tiled floor, integrated oven and grill with ceramic hob and extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own Essenza pods), microwave, larder fridge and dishwasher.
Utility room
Located within the shed in the garden which houses a combined washer / dryer and a small freezer.
Norfolk winder stairs to first floor are enclosed, steep, curved, narrow, carpeted, and have a solid hand rail on one side.
First Floor:
Master bedroom
A light and sunny south facing room with views over Elgars Row and the rooftops of Wells.
With a double bed and luxury feather duvet and pillows.
Bedroom two
Double bed with luxury feather duvet and pillows.
Shower room
Shower, WC and wash basin.
Outside:
There is a small courtyard garden with a table with chairs and barbecue.
Parking is available on the road or in the car park nearby.
