Kitchen area
Two ring hob, oven, fridge (freezer is located in the utility area/garage), microwave, butcher's style block for food preparation, dining table and seating for two.
Bedroom area
Divided from main living area by wall that stretches 3/4's of the way across the studio area, this area has a double bed and bedside tables and hanging space.
Outside:
To the rear of the property there is a pretty courtyard garden with paved area and a table and seating for two, plus a barbecue.
The garage (length 4.8 metres and width 3 metres) will only accommodate one medium size car due to the narrow street in front of the garage and turning area. Larger/estate cars will have difficulty accessing due to the lack of turning space.
The access walkway to the side of the property is quite narrow.
This property is located in the heart of Wells, so there are sometimes business deliveries nearby, including early mornings.
