Traditional styled sitting room with open fireplace and views over the garden towards the farmyard.
Kitchen
With range of fitted cupboards and views over churchyard. Electric cooker, fridge with icebox, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Dining area
With dining table and chairs.
Shower room
With a shower, wash basin and WC.
First Floor:
Norfolk winder stairs that are steep, curved and narrow with hand rail on one side. There is no stairgate and the stairs are very steep and narrow at the top.
Master bedroom
Pretty room with king-size bed.
Bedroom two
Twin room with two full size single beds and views over churchyard.
Outside:
Garden to the front of the house with hedges and fence to front. The garden is not fully secure for dogs. Garden furniture. To the rear is a pathway running along the back of the terrace.
Parking is off the road just a little way from the house.
