They consist of two double bedrooms, lounge with sofa and single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, all finely furnished

The fee includes: water, electricity, gas, heating, linen (towels, sheets and blankets), wi fi connection
pets are welcome on request

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

Upon booking, a deposit of 25% of the amount due is required, which varies according to the duration of the lease
Cancellation: at least 3 days in advance, with refund of the deposit (less € 15 for expenses);

The apartments are located in Via Sebastiano Serlio 24 bus line 21 from the railway station stop After railway work


The area is well served by public transport to the central PIAZZA MAGGIORE, the RAILWAY STATION, the EXHIBITION CENTER
In front of pay covered parking and snack bar 300 meters to supermarket
