Nice apartment near Seville center

We stayed at the apartment with our four children. The apartment was comfortable and had all the essentials. There was a grocery store and a produce market across the street. There were also several good restaurants nearby. It only took us 15-20 minutes to walk to the center of Seville from the apartment. We really enjoyed staying here and would happy rent the apartment again if we return to Seville.

O dono é muito prestável, rápido a responder e disponível em qualquer dúvida. A casa tem uma localização excelente, pois fica a 2minutos a pé da famosa Alameda de Hércules, que tem muitos restaurantes típicos e bares com esplanadas, gelataria, parques infantis e muito espaço para se estar. O apartamento situa-se numa avenida com muito movimento, também com muito comércio, um supermercado e uma paragem de autocarros em frente. Muito central, a 10 minutos a pé das Setas de Sevilha (Metropol Parasol), na Plaza de la Encarnación, e também à mesma distância de tempo da Isla Mágica. Por ser tão central e numa rua movimentada, no quarto que tem varanda para essa rua ouve-se algum barulho da rua durante a noite. Correu tudo muito bem!

Parfait si résolution du probleme douche.

appartement conforme aux photos et à la description, très bien situé, quartier très agréable . avons eu des problèmes avec les 2 douches. fuite au niveau de la colonne . les parois laissent passer l'eau au niveau du receveur . inondation de la salle de bain après chaque douche , Lorsque ce problème sera résolu je recommande cette location. nous avons séjourné 1 semaine début février 2020

Cozy but comfortable

Great location,my husband and I came from Lisbon to spend New Years in Seville with my adult kids the apartment was very clean and comfortable , loved the large balcony windows,cafes ,bars,plaza Hercules , transportation and walking distance to everything like the description, quiet and secure as well as great welcoming by Javier, we had a great time.
