LIGHTY AND MODERN FLAT IN SANTA CRUZ DE LA PALMA

Modern, lighty and confortable 40 mq flat at the second floor with elevator available (it's necessary to climb 5 steps to take the lift). Our flat is perfect for couple, couple with children, friends (the flat accomodates up to 4 people: a double room and a sofa bed).It has a double room, a bathroom (with a shower over the bath), an open little kitchen (with microwave, fridge, freezer, italian coffè machine, toaster bread, kettle), a cosy living room with a sofà bed, two little balconies.
The flat is very well furnished to offer you a very pleasant stay.
A washing machine is at your exclusive disposition and you have free wifi.
The washing machine is on a shared condominium roof terrace where you'll find all the necessary to hang out your laundry (to go to the roof terrace it's necessary to climb a stair). If you have a car, you can park free in the neighborhood streets (in the areas marked with white lines).The flat is located in San Telmo neighborhood; it's one of the most characteristic and historical area of the town. You'll love walking among its little streets full of nice cafes/restaurants and enjoying beautiful see-wiews. The flat is very central no more than 10 minutes walk from the seafront and 5 minutes from city center.It's very comfortable visiting the town on foot! though it's an up and down streets city so you'll probably need to climb stairs.....
If you want to discover the La Palma island the best way is by car. If you haven't one you can easily rent one; there are many "rent a car" agencies in the town. Good are waiting for you!!!Guests will have exclusive access to the flat, so please make yourself feel at home!We are always available to answer any questions before or during your stay to ensure you have great time to start to finish.If you need we'll pick you up from the airport or harbor, no problem!Let us know on time and we'll provide you the service with a little extra price.

Der Gastgeber war freundlich, pünktlich und hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet.Die Wohnung war sauber und hat soweit Alles was man braucht. Die Beleuchtung war etwas ungemütlich. Das Bett ist bequem, hatte aber nur eine große Bettdecke. Die Lage für Stadbesichtigungen, Einkauf und Restaurants ist sehr gut gelegen

Die Besitzer waren freundlich. Im TV gsb es leider nur spanidche Sender. In der Küche fehlten

... einige für uns wichtige Gegenstände( Frühstücksteller, Kaffeezubereiter, Schneebesen, Pfannenwender, Rührlöffel) felten, sonst o.k. Vor dem Einchecken bekamen wir per Email Anfragen der Eigentümer über die FeWo, die sofort beantwortet wurden, aber scheinbsr nicht an die Eigentümer weitergeleitet wurden, was wir nicht wussten. Das Einchecken wurde nur durch die Hilfe von Mietern des Hauses möglich, wir saßen eine Zeit ratlos auf der Straße. Eine unmöhliche Situation, zumal wir keine Tel- nummer trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage bekommen hatten. Wir werden daher nicht mehr über Fewo buchen.

Para lo que es limpieza, cuidado del apartamento y orden Dietlinde y su esposo han sido huéspedes muy buenos y atentos. Donde hemos tenido unos problemas es en lo que se refiere a la comunicación: intentamos comunicar con ellos desde el día antes del check-in, por teléfono y por correo a través de la plataforma VRBO pero nunca recibimos respuesta. Ellos dicen que escribieron, pero probablemente se equivocaron porqué no hay ningún mensaje de ellos (lo se puede chequear en la plataforma en la sección “mensajes”). Esta falta de información ha provocado unos problemas en la coordinación del check-in y eso ha un poco afectado las comunicaciones en los días de estancia. En el apartamento hay lo necesario para cocinar y desayunar (inclusive cafetera Moka para café), no hay cosas particulares como cafetera francés o canales de tele alemanes, en fin, si la plataforma o intermediario a través del cual han reservado, no ha compartido contactos e informaciones importantes, no me parece ser motivo por dar baja evaluación al alojamiento

Stadtwohnung in toller Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr liebevoll und persönlich ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch: zentral, doch es ist total ruhig, vorm Schlafzimmer krähen die Hähne auf den Terassen des kleinen Barranco, 50m bergab eine kleine Plaza mit ausgesprochen guten Restaurants, weitere 50 m runter die lebendige Altstadt und von der sinds nur 50m bis zum Stadtstrand. Gastgeberin Stefania vermittelt sofort willkommen zu sein. Für einen Besuch der sehenswerten Hauptstadt ist die Wohnung unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Nice apartment with all the things you need in Santa Cruz. The walk to the Main Street is really short. So it is close to the shops and restaurants. We needed a parking place which was also close by.

Extremely friendly and helpful owners. They even phoned and ordered a pizza for us when we were too tired to go out! Picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a small charge. Would definitely stay again. Really lovely.
