Why they chose this property
We purchased our rural 5 acre property based on the central location to both the Gulf Coast Beaches and close proximity to both major airports - Tampa & Orlando. Citrus County remains one of the last few counties in Florida to retain it's "Old World" Florida Charm with natural springs; inland waterways and a Manatee Preserve Sanctuary open to the public. We are also home to "World Renown" Three Sisters Springs. Retirees and Young Families alike enjoy living in Citrus County for it's "laid back" lifestyle and rural /quiet country setting.
What makes this property unique
Our 5 acre mini-ranch is completely fenced and filled with Cedars/Pines/Oaks & Palms. This quiet setting abounds with a variety of birds!!! We love this rural setting and quiet sanctuary and hope you come and stay with us and enjoy it also!!! Close to Route 19 - Easy Access to Suncoast Parkway - and 45 minutes to Tampa!!!
