Salty Towers: A large holiday home with magnificent sea views
With its Art Deco architecture, stylish interiors, and superlative sea views – Salty Towers is the perfect venue for a family bucket-and-spade holiday or a relaxing getaway with friends.
The house is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach, and only five minutes on foot from Sheringham town centre: a time-warp of traditional sweet stores, penny arcades and fish’n’chip shops. There’s even a working steam railway linking the town to nearby Holt, for added Victorian seaside nostalgia!
Inside, we’ve done our best to think of everything you might need. Upstairs you’ll find two bathrooms, a very spacious master bedroom, and four further bedrooms – allowing for a variety of sleeping configurations to suit your group.
On the ground floor, meanwhile, there’s a large, open-plan kitchen and living area, with plenty of comfy seating, a smart TV, and huge bi-folding doors opening onto a large, sea-facing deck. There's even a wood-burning stove and some boardgames, making this an excellent venue for cosy winter breaks as well as summer holidays.
Quite simply, if you’re looking for sea views, beach accessibility, town convenience and plenty of comfort - it doesn’t get much better than this.

This was our eighth stay at wonderful Salty Towers which is a perfect holiday house in every way. Extremely comfortable and well equipped and fantastic position with panoramic view of the best beach in Sheringham.
This was our third stay at this property. We love coming back here. It feels like home from home. The large decking area and proximity to the seafront and beach make it the perfect Sheringham holiday rental.
Lovely place for a family gathering, messaged host regarding a very minor issue and this was rectified extremely quickly and efficiently. Stayed here last year too and have already booked for next year xxxx
Beautifully located for town , sea and views. A little dated inside but had every amenity needed. Easy access and good communication with owner. Would love to return next year.
This is a really lovely house, in the perfect location - overlooking the sea and a very quick walk into town. The view is just breathtaking - could somehow see the sunrise and the sunset over the sea! A very short walk down to a dog friendly beach. The house itself is very well equipped - comfortable beds, generous sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a toilet on the ground floor. Will absolutely book to come here again
Great position and overlooking the sea. Clean, well equipped and comfortable stay with all that was required for family group of 6 people.
Would recommend.
Three generations and a dog had a wonderful week in Sheringham. Salty Towers is an amazing venue - exceptional accommodation and sea views with easy access to the beach and town - the photos hardly do it justice! We thoroughly recommend it!
Lovely property overlooking the sea and short stroll into Sheringham. The property had every thing we needed and loved the large decking and bi folding doors.
Stayed here for the last 4 years. Fantastic location and property for a family holiday. Mark the owner is always available if you need him to assist. We will be back again for sure.
Property was clean and beds very comfortable. Nice that heat came on in morning and evening. Located 2 mins walk from town and wonderful location for a base for walking around the beautiful north Norfolk coast. Shower could have done with upgrade but lovely hot water.
Superb location, frontline, amazing sea-views, walking distance into town. Great to have space and sufficient bathrooms for all family members. Well-equipped. Recommending to friends and family.
The view from this beautiful art deco style home are fabulous. We all found ourselves peacefully gazing out to sea.
There was ample space inside, enough to keep 4 teens happy!
It's so close to beautiful dog friendly beaches. Our Romanian rescue lived her absolute best life.
Also right by the town so Grandma could get her shopping fix in.
Comfy beds.
We all really enjoyed our stay and have booked again for next year.
This is the 2nd year we have been. We love the location, views etc. The house could do with a little up dating & maybe a shower as well as a bath in the upstairs bathroom but apart from that it’s well equipped & mark is always on hand if you ever need him. Fantastic house. We will be back again at some point.
We have stayed in this property for the last three years and enjoyed our time here every time. However, there has been a noticeable decline in the property cleanliness and upkeep. It definitely requires a deep clean and some maintenance updates in the bathrooms and other areas.
That being said it has been a great stay for the price asked however, with prices increasing next year by 50 to 75% for a 3 night stay it has now become a bit of a stretch to justify the cost.
The back bifold doors are broken so would not lock, the front locking door did not always open the door! The location is good as are the views. Just starting to look tired but overall good.

great location, super views. well stocked, love love love Sheringham, swam in the sea, climbed Beaston bump, went on the steam train, used the coastal hopper. whats not to like. on the negative shower on top floor needs curtain or shower door fitted, one bed in the twin room woke the whole household with the loud squeaking.
