· Two Living Rooms with comfortable couches and two sofa Queen sleepers. Each room has a large, flat-screen television. One of the living areas can serve as a kids’ TV room since it is adjoined by a bedroom with two bunk beds as well as a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a separate shower.

· A Fully Equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

· A breakfast bar has 3 comfortable, high-backed chairs.

· A Wet Bar with a granite counter top, ample glassware, a blender and an icemaker.

· The Dining Area, next to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, features an 8-seat table.

· A Master Bedroom with a King-size bed, two end tables with lamps, and a flat-screen TV.

· A Master Bathroom with a granite countertop and double sinks, a jacuzzi and a separate shower.

· A 2nd Bedroom with two Queen-size beds, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

· A 3rd Bedroom with a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Family Vacation

We had 10 adults and 3 children under 3. We had plenty of room to move about. The access to the beach was close and easy to maneuver. The elevators become very congested around check in and check out time and there can be long waits. Adjusting your schedules to not need them at those times improves your access greatly. We will stay at the property again.

Family Vacation 2019

This trip was for our 2019 family vacation, and I can honestly say... from the day I book until checkout everything went smooth. There was enough room for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids with enough space for at least 6 more people, it was clean, the staff was friendly, location is perfect access to beach, restaurants, shopping and other activities were so convenient. We will definitely be back and staying right here... now I wish you all had something available for the Disney area...lol

Wonderful family vacation spot!

Our family of 8 adults and 4 children came to OBA for a Thanksgiving weekend getaway. With two living rooms and 4 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, this property was perfect! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Spacious, well kept, extremely nice.

This is an outstanding property for larger family vacations. Everyone was amazed as they toured the property. Rooms were spacious. We vacationed with 6 adults and 7 children ranging from 4 to 15. At no time did the property feel too small. There is plenty to do on site and plenty nearby. I highly recommend this property.
