The open plan living area opens via bi-folding doors to a terrace which overlooks the gardens and the sea beyond, perfect for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, dinner and evening drinks while the kids play in large garden, which is enclosed with a fence and secured from the waterfront by a gate.

Beach Side overlooks the Bembridge Lifeboat Station,offering a rare front-row vantage point for it's powerful and often awe-inspiring launches. It's a unique chance to witness one of the Islands most celebrate maritime landmarks in action
