The private driveway accommodates parking for two vehicles, central heating throughout, free wi-fi, and pet-friendly accommodation will ensure you feel right at home.At the heart of the home is a bright, south-facing open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, thoughtfully designed for modern living. The fully fitted kitchen includes a range of built-in appliances, breakfast bar and a built-in radio/smartphone dock with speaker system. The spacious lounge is furnished with plush sofas, a dining table, a 48-inch Smart TV, and a DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island.All the bedrooms feature quality cotton bedding and hypoallergenic pillows and quilts for your comfort. There are two well equipped bathrooms, and a utility cupboard including washing machine and supply of games and DVDs. ACCOMMODATION: There are three steps up to the front door and entrance hall, leading to:Kitchen : Fan oven / gas hob, fridge -freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, microwave, toaster, and a range of kitchen storage, through to :Open plan Lounge-diner: Two large sofas, Smart TV and DVD player, dining table with seating for 5. Bedroom 1: Super-king size bed (180cm wide ), chest of drawers, mini wardrobe Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90cm wide ), chest of drawers, hanging facilities Bedroom 3: Small double bed (120cm wide ), chest of drawers, hanging facilities Bathroom 1 : Bath, wc, hand basin and shaver point and toothbrush chargerBathroom 2: Power shower, wc, hand basin and shaver point and toothbrush charger OUTSIDE:At the end of the hall, French doors open onto a charming split-level deck, complete with a wooden dining table and chairs—perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Adjacent to this is a smaller patio area with a bistro-style table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. A parasol provides shade on sunny days, while outdoor lighting sets the mood for relaxing under the stars. An external storage room houses additional seating, beach gear, games and also offers space for bikes or other larger items you may wish to bring along.PARKING: The driveway has space for two vehicles.ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES: We've partnered with Yhangry to bring exceptional dining right to your accommodation. The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately. There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details. No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
