Suite full equiped with kitchem and all accesories. Spacious bathroom, king sice bed, sofa bed, air aconditioner, plasma tv with Netflix, ceiling fans, security box and beatiful terrace with exterior views.
The suite is located on the 3 th floor with elevator, the building was built in 2017, everything is new.
We have wonderul comun areas: Solarium, rest areas, pool rofttop with views to the Caribean sea. The property has security staff and video surveillance.
Excellent location, in the heart of Playa del Carmen, few steps from the beach and the fift avenue, where you will find Restaurants, Supermarkets, bars, shooping centre. Althoug the wonderful location the propoerty is located in a quiet neighborhood.
You will have personal attention from me and Raquel, we will do everything we can to make sure your holidays will be the best staying in our condo.

Great location next to the most touristy street, but still quiet.Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella provided.Jugs of purified water provided.The shower door can't fully close.The kitchen could use a bread knife! In general, all good.

We had a very good time at coral suites. The location could not be beat. Unit was clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool and deck are perfect. Did not have to go down to the beach clubs every day Leonardo and Alexander helpful as needed. Right around the corner from a terrific French bakery casual Italian delicious Thai in a 7-Eleven around the block. We really enjoyed our stay and would return submit

What a lovely apartment!

We stayed at the 5th Coral Suite for 7 nights and found it to be a great location for walking 5th Ave, access to the beach and close to our grandkids who were staying in the area as well. There are terrific restaurants and shops so close with easy walking to everything. Our host, Alex was fabulous!! He made us so welcome and made sure to greet us when ever we saw him in the building. We found the apartment to be clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our little stay. Everything is new and in great working order. We recommend this VRBO to new comers and returnees alike. A great place to stay in Playa del Carmen

The property was as presented. 1/2 block off of 5th and VERY quiet! Enjoyed the balcony and rooftop patio. Room had plenty of storage. Great location, could walk to restaurants and beach. A few details that held back a 5 rating:Only 2 bath and hand towels, no washcloths or towel to dry dishes. We had to use a hand towel on floor in front of shower. Floor very slippery when wet.Water pump for drinking water does not work, we charged it several times. It will work for a few pumps and then quits again. One of beach chairs is broken and there is a broken strut under the umbrella. It would have been nice to have a cheat sheet with instructions for use of tv, and the pump for water. Overall very satisfied.

Prime location, great pool, very clean, beautiful unit

We were so impressed with this unit. We went to the beach some which was a close walk. We spent three different days up at the roof-top pool/deck. The unit was very clean. The pictures are very accurate. Leonardo was very easy to work with.

I would recommend this lovely studio

This was a lovely, clean apartment close to 5th Avenue and within walking distance of atm, currency exchange, 711, coffee and pastry shoppes, Mamita’s beach, Soriana supermarket and many restaurants. Taxi stand just around the corner. Very convenient. The rooftop patio was great for cooling off after the beach and had a great view. Anything we needed for the apartment was graciously provided by the lovely lady who met us at the door on our arrival. The only thing that was a problem (for about 5 minutes) is that we didn’t seem to have complete checkin information, I believe there was a door code that we could use but a text to Alex and the lady previously mentioned arrived to let us into the building within minutes. I would recommend this spot for sure.

Great location and pool

We spent a very comfortable few days in this studio apartment. Really loved going up to the rooftop pool and being walking distance to both the beach and all the tasty restaurants. Grateful for the safe in the room and the security guard at the entrance. Very clean and cozy.

Awesome apartment, great location, clean and comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at 5th Avenue Coral Suites last week. The owner, Leonardo and the property manager, Alex, were both very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was perfect - super clean, quiet, and comfortable, with all the necessities (big fluffy towels, kitchen appliances, etc.). The pool on the rooftop deck was amazing! The building is new, very clean, and safe and secure - there is security at night and cameras, and the doors are kept locked all the time. The beds were super comfy, although I might recommend maybe some different pillows (they are down-filled and fall flat when you put your head on them!). Other than that, everything else was perfect. Our friends stayed there too, and they also loved it. The apartment is half a block from 5th Avenue (you actually look down onto 5th Avenue from the rooftop pool), in the best part of town! There are tons of great stores and bars and restaurants just a few steps away and it's a quick walk just a few blocks down to the beach, down 38th Street. We would definitely recommend this place and we will stay here again next time we are in Playa! Thanks again for everything Alex and Leonardo! Nick and Elisha

Lo mejor: Ubicación y tratao amable y personalizado del anfitrion. Recomendable 100%

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y volvere las veces que sean necesarias. La ubicación del apartamento es la mejor: En un barrio tranquilo y seguro pero a unos pasos de la quinta avenida, de restaurantes, de la playa, centros comerciales. etc. El trato de Leonardo y de Alex es lo mejor, atentos todo el tiempo y dispuestos a ayudar y aconsejar sobre la estancia. La suite esta equipada con todo lo necesario, tiene una terraza que es idea para tomarse algo por la tarde y descansar. La piscina que se encuentra en la azotea es inmejorable, tiene vistas al mar y los atardeceres son muy hermosos. Sin duda regresare.

Cute Playa Condo - Good Location

We arrived on Sunday for a week and were met by the bldg. manager - Alex - who allowed us to check in early. Very clean - nicely decorated Studio with all you need for a nice stay. Kind Bed - good lighting - fans and air condition. Full size fridge - and all you need for cooking. Beautiful Bathoom with good closet space. Bldg. is new and kept very nicely with evening security. It is 1/2 block off the main ‘5th Avenue’ - but is very quiet. Wonderful Wine Bar 1/2 block away and many good restaurants all around. This Unit is on the 3rd floor with a little patio over looking the Street, with nice chairs. Beautiful roof top area with pool, lounge chairs, bathrooms and view of the ocean. The beach is a 5 min. Walk and you have beach clubs that you pay to visit or you can take the chairs, umbrella and towels supplied in your unit. We experienced severe rain with some flooding, and were very satisfisfied on how Alex and his cleaner handled the situation. Leonardo the owner stayed in constant contact with us and everything was taken care of immediately. We would recommend this to anyone who wants their own place to stay vs. Hotel living . Beautiful condo in perfect location!!

I had the great opportunity to spend a long weekend at this unit in downtown Playa Del Carmen and absolutely loved it. The apartment was super clean, had a wonderful view and the building was secured. We were just right around the corner from the adorable 5th Ave shops and dining and had our pick of dining opportunities all within a short walk. The beach was also close for early morning walks to see the sun rise. The roof top patio and pool also offered a quiet sunny place to relax as well as watch the sun set and see the moon over the water. I will be back again soon!!! Thank you Leonardo and Alex for taking such great care of me while I was there and I will see you again in October.

Location! Location! Location!

This is a lovely property which is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen! I was traveling solo and felt very secure(The listing has security on the property). One of my favorite things was the rooftop where one could sunbathe or sit poolside. You could see from the rooftop all the daily goings on 5th Avenue, which is a lot! I loved my studio apartment which met all my vacation needs. The space can accommodate 2-3 individuals! GIRLS TRIP! There are shops everywhere is you need to pick up something. The area is amazing and I like it a bit more than Cancun. The beach is just a short walk away. Pescaderis is on the corner and they have the best snapper and grouper~ Labrioche De Playa is another favorite! I had quiche most mornings so I could stay poolside. Also the ferry to Cozumel is near enough to take a short trip over. Communication with the owner is perfect. Wifi is provided.

Everything we expected, and more!

My partner and I had a great experience at Leonardo's property. Check-in was smooth and easy - our flight was even delayed and we had no problem getting into the building and set-up in our space. The apartment had everything we needed, and was clean and bright. There is A/C, but honestly with the balcony doors open and the double ceiling fans, we were perfectly comfortable without it. It was in a great location, super quiet neighborhood just a touch off the busy, touristy streets. The rooftop pool was the perfect place to cool off and escape the mid-day heat, or to watch the sunrise over the ocean. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to relax, get away from the tourist traps, but still be near everything fun and exciting to do in PDC.

Great Place!

I recently stayed at Leonardo's condo from March 3rd-10th. Leonardo is very easy to communicate with, very helpful before and after booking. The condo is very nice, all new, clean, comfortable bed, quiet area, nice pool, close to good restaurants, OXXO up the street, and 5th ave right there. Only thing would be if you are walking home late after the shops on 5th are closed, I suggest taking a Taxi. It's really dark and doesn't come off the most high traffic area at night. I felt safer taking a taxi as a tourist after I did walk home one night. Otherwise, we did run out of toilet paper and had to buy some (only given one roll) this was not a big deal though. I overall enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this place. Alex was right on time to meet us when we arrived and very friendly. Thank you for the stay. As a frequent traveler to Playa, it's nice to know this place is there. :)
