Seaview Apt, 80 meters to beach, crystal clear sea, 3 bedroom apartment, BBQ

Apt Petar 1 is delightfully furnished. Apartment is only 2 minutes walking (80 meters) away from the first beautiful beach with crystal clear sea. The walk from the apartment to the beach is through a quiet street (photo on the advert). The first beach offers you crystal clear sea, stone, tamaris and pine tree sea bays. There are some sun loungers on the beach. You can enjoy a coffee, meal or a drink in the beautiful caffe/restaurant on the first beach (2min walking) which is surrounded by pine trees (photo on the advert). From the first beach you can walk and explore more then 2.5km of coastal line which has numorous of sea bays, beaches, caffe bars, restaurants etc. Rogoznica town center is 15min walking along the coastal line with many restaurants and caffe bars. Our apartment is a perfect place to stay and enjoy a stress free atmosphere. Rogoznica offers you many activities such as diving, snorkeling, water sports etc. Only 20min of driving you can explore a beautiful UNESCO town Trogir. Primosten town is around the corner. Split, Sibenik and Krka Waterfalls are other places you must see but only a short drive away.

The space

Apartment Petar 1 is suitable for 6 persons and consists of a large seaview terrace, open plan kitchen/dining/living area, 3 bedrooms and 1,5 bathrooms. Sleeping is in 3 bedrooms and on 1 sofa bed in the living room. Seaview is from the terrace and master bedroom. You can enjoy barbecuing in the garden which is surrounded by olive trees and eat on the terrace which is located of the living room with outstanding views. There are 3 bedrooms in total, two bedrooms have 2 single beds and 1 bedroom has a double bed. The single beds in the bedrooms can become 2 double beds. The 1,5 bathrooms are fully equipped. The apartment provides all the amenities you'll require during your stay ( free Wi-Fi, air condition, cable TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, bed linen ..). There is private parking space in front of the house.

I will be present or someone from my family upon guests' arrival and departure and at their request.

The check-out time is usually until 10:00 AM. and check -in time usually from 14:00 PM, unless otherwise stated during the reservation process, meaning this can be arranged individually
