Enjoy being 1-2 miles from University of Colorado, Pulpit Rock hiking trails, Palmer Park hiking and mountain biking trails, Colorado Springs Country Club, and also one of Colorado Springs largest and newest shopping centers - University Village. We are a short drive from downtown Colorado Springs with easy access to I-25, the main road outside our neighborhood can be taken directly to Garden of the Gods. Soak in gorgeous views of the Front Range from the spacious backyard and large deck. We've made sure to add all the comforts of home to enrich your stay and are very responsive to the needs of our guests.

This was the perfect house for my mom and I. We planned a fun trip with my kid's, nieces, and nephews. Age ranges from 2-17 & everyone had plenty of space to spread out and have fun!! Went to Colorado Springs for a family vacation trip. This house is super close to all tourist sites such as garden of the gods, pikes peak, and seven falls. Great outdoor space for kids to play. Overall great stay!

Beautiful place

We stayed here with our family and there was 7 of us. The place had plenty of space that we could spread out or gather together. It had plenty of video games for my teenage son and he enjoyed playing them with his uncle. We had a very enjoyable time at this location!
