The best Saint Augustine Beach has to offer is all within walking distance. Only steps to the Beach, 100 YDS, Restaurants and bars. This home is casually furnished for maximum relaxation during your time at the beach. This, well appointed, house, is perfect for families and couples. Master bedrooms has 1 King bed and private bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, and queen inflatable, and share a bath. The back yard has a table, chairs and gas BBQ. If you’re traveling with small children I have a pack & Play. Exterior Security Cameras. ********* My home is cleaned with Lysol / Clorox products**************

Well appointed home with the perfect location

Everything was as described and the owner truly thought of everything. I had a couple questions before and during our stay and the owner was very responsive. We loved the private patio area and found ourselves out there having coffee in the morning, grilling dinner, playing games, and relaxing in the evenings listening to music with the fully charged Bluetooth speaker provided. Beach entrance is literally across the street with so many options within walking distance to food and drinks. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs…it’s all there. We did rent bikes from Drifters rentals and they dropped off and picked up the bikes. Highly recommend. Would definitely rent again.

Location

The location is amazing. Lots of food and drink within walking distance and historic downtown is a 15 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay soon

Very well appointed and great location.

This condo has everything you could possibly need. The owner put a lot of thought into what a renter might need in the kitchen, and it's there. The unit was very clean and comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location. Walking distance to almost everything you need. (just short drive to grocery store). Private back patio was so nice. We'll be back.

Immaculate!

Beautiful, beautiful location! Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Literally around the corner is the best Mexican food you can imagine at burrito works on 1st Street and A1A. The private beach at the end of 1st Street is so close you will never need to drive your car, and it is so peaceful and beautiful. This is a very spacious place, so nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood, and the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in these 10 years that I have been vacationing with VRBO. The door lock was a little different than other places I stayed at, and the beds were not quite as comfortable as my bed at home, but it was as close to perfection as a vacation place can get!
