Nice Cottage. Perfect for the Beach. However, 1. Cottage was dusty. 2. The outside grill was rusting away and unusable. It took the property manager to replace it two days before we were to check out. 3. The upper deck is rotting away. They just painted over the rotted wood. Some of the wood was falling off the deck. The deck is unsafe and should not be used.

Property is extremely convenient from a beach and grocery distance aspect. The house is small to a point of being claustrophobic if you are sleeping 4 there as the bedding allows. Not an issue if you're spending all your time at the beach or in town, but in inclement weather it's a challenge. Recommend getting hot water on the outdoor shower.

This house and yard were wonderful for us. We love the Vilano Beach area and this place was great. It is a small house but it had everything we wanted, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. There were areas outside of the house that were very nice. We especially liked the backyard. Plenty of room back there to sit and enjoy the weather and the outside. It was very quiet and so close to the beach, along with being within walking distance and close to Publix and various restaurants. We brought our dog and she seemed to like the place, especially the back yard. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Our family had a great weekend trip. House was as described, Beach access was over the dune, grocery store right around the corner . The host was excellent with everything , overall a great stay at a neat house .

This property is steps from the beach and pet friendly, perfect for early morning beach walks with your four legged friend. The property is small, but the hosts have made wonderful accommodations in preparing the property for our beach vacation. The hosts were very responsive and courteous!
