Watch spectacular sun rises from our pool view balcony and magnificent sunsets from the US no. 1 beach at Clearwater Beach, just 7 minutes drive away.

Enjoy a recently remodeled third floor one bedroom Condo (please note there is no elevator), with spacious open plan living area and high vaulted ceilings and balcony in the gated community of Avalon, in Clearwater, Florida. The Condo is newly redecorated and has hard floooring throughout.

The Avalon gated community has a relaxed atmosphere with free parking next to the Condo, a resort style heated pool with barbecue area, laundry and gym facilities, with luxury club house for guests. It is fully secure with key card access for guests and on-site security. It is a 1 minute walk from fabulous Abe's restaurant with Publix supermarket nearby.. It is a 25 minute drive from Tampa airport and 15 minute drive from Clearwater airport and 2 hours from Orlando..

Feel relaxed in a King Sized bed with luxury Egyptian 500 thread cotton sheets and your guests or children can enjoy their sleep in two additional sofa beds in the living room.

The Condo has newly fitted air-conditioning, a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room and a second 32 inch TV in the bedroom, with cable TV and free internet/wifi throughout, including free phone calls to USA and Canada. The living area has a beach theme with two sofas, soft lighting and coffee table.

Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with new oven, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils for eating at home, with a laundry area including a new LG washer and dryer.

Just off the kitchen is a dining area with glass table and four chairs for having relaxing meals in, providing large enough space for entertaining.

The bathroom has a newly fitted bath tub, shower and flooring, with a walk in closet offering ample hanging and storage space.

Relax on the "icing sugar" beaches in Clearwater Beach, Sand Key or magnificent Pass-a-Grille using the provided four chairs, parasol, beach cart, four beach towels and cool boxes.

After a long day on the beach or by the pool look forward to cosy drinks on the covered balcony, furnished with a table and four chairs.

For your comfort, we provide all bedding, additional blankets and towels.

Owners were very accommodating and provided excellent instructions. Some areas looked updated but the kitchen cabinets are not in good shape and could use a deep cleaning. This is the second time we've stay in the Avalon complex and love the amenities, the first time was in a different condo. We stayed a month and overall it was very nice.

Clean and quiet!

Displaced due to hurricane and found this short term rental. Was worried about being a third floor condo, but that has not been a problem. No parking issues and the complex is close to everything. We did not get a chance to enjoy the area due to storm related issues, but would recommend to anyone! Communication with the owner was quick and responsive.

We were very pleased with the condo, tv channels plus the washer & dryer. The location of the condo is near Dunedin & Tampa for sports events. Publix was right across road & shopping at Beall's, J.C. Penney & Kohl's very close. Abe's restaurant is right next door with Cozy just down the street. Also Oliver Garden & Golden Corral near Largo shopping mall. Would definitely recommend this place.

(Sorry for the late review, recently married :)) I couldn't be happier with my 2 month stay here. Ludmila was excellent with her responses and with anything that I needed which was not much. The apartment had everything one needs including a washer/dryer that not every condo has in Avalon. Only thing one needs when staying here is food, everything else is properly supplied. Would stay here again, again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you Ludmila!

This apartment is located on the third floor, so its very quiet and we had little to no issues with bugs. The set up is lovely, and they seriously have the place very well stocked to meet your needs. Things such as coffee, tea, magazines, guides, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc were all there for our use. We did find remnants from the person who stayed before us (such as a used bar of soap), but other than that, the place was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be with maintenance. My brother called to get one of the lights replaced in the kitchen and nothing was ever done the entire month we stayed.
