Beautiful Farm on Caney Fork River ~ Fantastic Nature Retreat ~ Very Peaceful!

The property has a large barn with a 2 bed room and one bath home. Custom Cabinets and granite counter tops. Living room has 60" flat screen TV with beautiful rock fireplace. 8-10 acres are open and the remaining is woods. Property is directly on the Caney Fork River and also has miles of trails. Lots of wildlife.

There is exceptional cell phone service on the farm that is strong enough for movie streaming if you have a hot spot! However the Cabin also has WiFi.

Central A/C, wood burning fireplace. Queen in master, bunk beds in 2nd bedroom, Queen/Tall Twin. Living room has a futon. Property is very private and located on a dead end street. Easy access to the River and a beautiful rock bar that allows for great fishing. I also have another 5 bed room home on the farm that is available to rent if you are interested. sleeps.

Fall Break Getaway

We really enjoyed the property and being able to take walks, enjoying nature and relaxing. Also, it was nice to be able to bring our dog with us.

Quiet getaway in nature

A beautiful property with lots of privacy located on the river. The accommodations were clean and well stocked with everything you might need and very private. We especially liked being able to park our car in the barn, this made things much easier with our dogs. It was wonderful being able to bring our two dogs too! Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing.

The place is quaint and perfect. We loved the whole farm and we absolutely be back. We loved how quiet the place was and the river behind the place. The only con, wish there were bigger pots in the kitchen.

I have 4 lovely children and a wonderful wife. I am originally from New Orleans however I have lived in Chattanooga TN and call it home. I purchased this farm as a retirment place and my family and i love spending time there. I own a sign company called Porfefessional Sign Service and a lighting company called Certified Lighiting.

Why they chose this property

20 years ago or so i had a friend bring me on a fishing trip to this part of Tennessee. Over the next several years i visited the area many times and made some new friends. I think this part of the country is absolutly beautiful and the rivers are fantastic. I decided to buy some land on the river and i found this property and love it. I have done lots of work to the property including miles of trails, barn and a very comfortible living space.

What makes this property unique

Everyone that comes falls in love with my place and i so enjoy sharing it with others. it is very private and the scenery. The Caney Fork river is beautiful at this spot and with the ability to easily get access to it and the large rock bar is a great attraction. The talk along the river through the trees is so special and it has created a cool canopy shade from the sun.
