For rent in Thônes, only July and August, individual chalet for 4 people in a quiet location, in a dead end and close to a canal, 800m from the center of Thônes with its swimming pool, cinema, museum, and shops.
All furnished, with balcony, terrace on the ground floor, wifi, television, dishwasher, beds are mezzanines, ideally located between Lake Annecy which is 20 km (beaches, swimming, pedalos, water skiing, wake , lake ride by bike ...) and 11km from La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand (many hikes on average and high mountains, via ferrata, mountain biking, summer toboggan ...) All furnished, with balcony, terrace, television , wifi, dishwasher.
We do not accept animals.

La localisation du chalet est parfaite pour explorer le lac et les montagnes environnantes, que ce soit vers La Clusaz, Chamonix ou d’autres superbes vallées. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme des lieux, la propreté irréprochable du chalet et surtout la gentillesse de Marie‑Claire et Christian, qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable.Le petit ruisseau juste à côté a été un vrai bonheur pour nos enfants..En bref, un séjour ressourçant dans un cadre magnifique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, c’est certain.

Le chalet idéal pour découvrir la région

Nous voulions visiter la région, notamment le lac d'Annecy et Chamonix. Nous avons apprécié le logement, très pratique et bien dans l'atmosphère montagneuse. Sa localisation s'est avérée idéale, que ce soit par rapport aux points d'intérêt ou dans Thônes (près du centre et des commerces, tout en étant au contact de la nature). Nous avons bien été accueilli et remercions encore nos hôtes. Une adresse à conserver et partager...

Chalet à Thones

Nous avons passé 2 semaines ideales chez Marie -Claire , le chalet est spacieux , moderne et idealement situé entre Annecy et les Aravis pour la randonnée, A proximité du centre ville mais tres au calme . Nous avons eu un tres bel accueuil et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse et le balcon.

Comme à la maison!

Nous avons passé un super séjour: les 2 semaines sont passées si vite dans cette belle région.! Le chalet est très propre, cosy, confortable et bien équipé. L'environnement est très calme, et permet de rejoindre les activités à pied (centre ville, accrobranche, piscine, ballades) Excellent contact avec Mme Deloche, tout en discrétion

Séjour fantastique

15 jours sublimes entre lacs et montagnes. Chalet au calme dans une impasse. Le jardin et le petit ruisseau ont fait le bonheur des enfants. Le chalets est très bien équipé pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le propriétaire est a proximité en cas de besoins ou d'informations. Beaucoup de bienveillance et de discrétion de sa part. La ville de Thones avec sa piscine, ses restaurants et boutiques est charmante et son emplacement entre Annecy, la Clusaz et le Grand Bornand est un vrai avantage. Je recommande.

Très bon séjour

Séjour réellement très agréable tant dans ce chalet aménagé avec beaucoup de goût que dans cette très belle région aux multiples activités aussi diverses que baignades dans le lac et randonnées en montagne. L'accès aux chambres se fait par un escalier très raide qui vous prépare à vos périples dans les alpages environnants... Belle terrasse pour les BBQ et grand balcon avec vue très apaisante sur la nature et les montagnes des alentours qui vous feront prolonger les p'tits déj. Deux petits points pourraient être améliorés cependant : le lit double qui grince beaucoup trop et, moins important, l'accès à la télévision pas très commode. Merveilleux séjour dans ce très beau chalet !

Maison parfaite.

Maison bien située géographiquement (~1h30 pour le lac Léman, Chamonix, Tignes. A côté d'Annecy). Prêt du centre ville, mais dans un endroit très calme, on entend le ruisseau avec une belle vue sûr les montagnes.

Logement qualitatif soigné et bien situé, belles vues !

Nous avons passé une très bonne quinzaine à 4 en tout confort. Accueil attentionné par la logeuse qui est voisine. Logement propre, de bonnes finitions et prestations, bien équipé, nombreux rangements, tout en bois. Chambres agréables et aérées, literie confortable, avec escaliers. Chalet situé dans une belle impasse boisée avec ptt ruisseau et qq habitations, au pied de la montagne. Belles vues sur chacune des 3 montagnes par les fenêtres et le balcon. Petit jardin vert et terrasse sous le balcon aussi bien agréable. Un garage ouvert pour la voiture. Commerces, parc d'aventure, piscine, sentiers, écomusée, accessibles à pied ! Merci pour ce séjour
