Fab 4 Bed 3 WC -Family only -Townhouse with air con 5 min walk from Arenal beach
Fantastic holiday home for families with children only located an 8-minute walk from Javea’s sandy Arenal Beach. The townhouse has four bedrooms, air conditioning in all the rooms and can sleep up to 8 people.
Guests enter the property through a private entrance which leads to the front sun terrace perfect for alfresco dining. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living dining area with TV, UK free sat, DVD player, X-Box 360 and free WIFI. We also have a downstairs WC. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
On the first floor there are three lovely bedrooms - Master Bedroom with Ensuite, 1 Twin Bedroom, 1 small Double Bedroom and one shower room with WC. All bedrooms have air conditioning , tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The master bedroom is very spacious with a vanity area and ensuite WC with bath.
On the top floor there is a very light and spacious double bedroom with its own sitting area, TV and UK free sat. There is access to a front sun terrace and rear patio. This floor also has its own ensuite shower room with WC.
The communal areas are well-maintained, and guests have access to the communal pool with a small toddler pool. We provide beach towels and some beach equipment for guests to borrow and use by the pool or on the beach.
The complex also has a squash court, sauna with showers and changing rooms, and a small exercise room.
Many guests do not require a car as the property is located 500m from the sandy Arenal Beach and fabulous bars and restaurants. However, if you do prefer to bring a car, we have underground parking or unrestricted on-street parking.
It is a legal requirement that all guests staying in a Spanish rental property provide ID before their stay. This must be registered on the Ministry of interior SES Hospedajes website. We will send you a link prior to arrival to provide these details. It a guest does not register here then we have no alternative but to cancel the booking. No refunds will be issued.
