A one bedroom apartment in the urbanization of Mirador de Vera. The urbanization, which is not a nudist urbanisation, is 50m from the beach more or less with sea views from the terrace. The apartment contains a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. It is equipped with wifi and television channels from Spain and England.
The apartment is located on the second floor with views of the community pool and playground. After the rest of the urbanization are the views of the sea.
The urbanization is located near supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the Vera Playa water park.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Unos estupendos días de descanso
El apartamento está muy bien equipado. La urbanización es muy tranquila y se puede dormir muy bien, sin ruidos o tertulias nocturnas en las terrazas (quizás simplemente hemos tenido suerte). Las fotos del anuncio describen fielmente cómo es el apartamento. Un lugar muy recomendable.

Bonito lugar para estar tranquilo y desconectar
Buen lugar para desconectar y relajarte en pareja o como n familia. Lugar para estar muy tranquilo, aunque en la piscina suele haber muchos niños pero no se estaba mal. Tiene servicios cerca. Y si quieres algo más por qué se queda corto siempre puedes coger el coche y ha pocos kilómetros tienes más ambiente. Lo único que no me ha gustado es que hay que hacer mucho trámite para poder reservar, aunque nos atendieron muy bien, se hace muy pesado tanto trámite on line y tanta norma.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento. La piscina amplia con zona verde, playa, supermercado, restaurantes y cafeterías bajando las escaleras y sin necesidad de mover el coche para nada. El checkin muy cómodo, era la primera vez que lo hacíamos de forma autónoma, y gratamente sorprendidos. Si buscas paz y tranquilidad, este apartamento es la opción ideal.

Bonito apartamento en el playazo de Vera, con vistas al mar y próximo a la piscina, perfecto para dos personas. Baño amplio, cocina funcional con todos los elementos, climatización, conexión a internet/wifi y el mobiliario necesario para su disfrute. Entorno ideal para el descanso, playa cercana, zonas comerciales y pueblos cercanos con opciones de disfrutar la gastronomia local.
